I purchased my scooter in August. It's December. It does ride smooth. Holds charge well. Used it to commute to work. Well after 5 months of having it. Some how a bolt came out or snapped while going to work which caused the brakeline to snap. And the coil piece to come out. Contacted the seller. Havent had a response.

The media could not be loaded. I was very impressed with this scooter. It was simple to set up with easy instructions. Took me about 15 minutes to get acquainted with it. I have used the rental electric scooters in big cities and this equally compares to them and is built well. I drove it around the neighborhood and my husband took it fishing at the end of the street. He really tested the max weight limit of 265lb with his fishing gear but the scooter didn't bog down too bad. He said it was a little slow going up and over small hills but it got the job done. Riding is smooth and steady and the breaks work great. I am used to two handle brakes and this only has 1, but that will take some getting used to for me. There is a light for it as well which is very helpful for coming back from the fishing spots at night. He got the scooter up to 16mph and I like that you can change the speed on the handle bars in case the max speed is too much for you. We charged it for a few hours in the evening and it charges quickly. The charging cord is easy to wrap up and take with you too. I belive transporting this scooter will be easy as well as it folds up nicely. Another thing is at night, the light comes on automatically and when you brake, lights flast on the scooter which I feel is a very safe feature. I look forward to taking this scooter to DC in August and saving the money I could have spent on renting the Lime scooters.

Absolutely enjoy riding this electric scooter. If I lost roughly 60 pounds I could easily max out the speed to 20 mph. I'm at about 185 lbs and i have reached about 19.2 mph, my average max speed is just over 18 mph. The throttle is pretty smooth. I get great range for town use. Brakes work like you would except. Light up bulb is plenty bright for night time riding and when you hit the Brakes the scooter has some really cool blue LEDs and brake light function beautifully. Highly recommend for town usage literally get almost 20 miles in range' trolly getting like 17 with my body weight.

Right out of the box, the scooter feels solid and well-constructed. Assembly was a breeze; it took just a few snaps and voila, it was ready to go! One of the features I appreciate the most is the adjustable handlebars. They can be manually moved up and down without the need for any tools, making it incredibly convenient for users of different heights. The adjustable handlebars also contribute to a safer and more comfortable ride, as there's no need to bend over to control the scooter. Portability is another strong suit of this scooter. It's foldable and fits easily into the trunk of a typical car. This makes it a great option for those who are always on the move. The unit weighs between 40-50 lbs, which is likely due to the battery. The scooter's display is another highlight. It shows the speed in either miles per hour or kilometers per hour, the battery charge level, and the speed level it's set to. It even has cruise control, adding to the convenience factor! Safety features haven't been overlooked either. The scooter comes equipped with both a headlight and a tail light, ensuring visibility during nighttime rides. Additionally, the scooter has a bright and easy-to-read speedometer, which is a big plus even in bright sunlight. Small fenders are also present to prevent any water or rocks from being kicked up to the rider. Charging is efficient, taking only 5.5 hours to reach a full charge, and it's advertised to travel up to 20 miles on a single charge. Cant say enough about this electric scooter. Let me start off by saying I am 6' tall and this electric scooter is perfect for my height. No more crouching down with my knees to ride. The handle bars are so comfortable with the huge display which illuminates nicely in the day making the readout display easy to read. This electric scooter feels like more of the expensive one's that are in most of the downtown urban areas. I have been riding now for 2 months and it is truly a joy to coast around my community so effortlessly. The craftmanship and sturdiness of this scooter is what I think sets this electric scooter apart from other brands I have owned. Acceleration is very smooth and it comes with 2 speed levels for beginners and more advanced riders. Front and rear brakes are very responsive to the touch and requires very minimal effort. Turn radius could be better but not bad at all and I have no problem maneuvering around obstacles. My wife rode the other day and she now wants her own so I guess I will be ordering one for her so we can ride and explore our downtown area together. Kudos to Caroma for getting this right. I would definitely recommend my friends to buy especially for the price point and comfortable ride. I will provide an update on battery life after I ride for a few more months. All in all I am very impressed.

This scooter is overpriced. I say this because you can get the older version for $200 less. The difference between the scooters is the color scheme, and that's it. I have the older e-22pro, and it is a very fun scooter.
