Right out of the box, the scooter feels solid and well made. Assembly was pretty easy: just one screw need to be on and ready to be on the road. One of the features which is very important is the adjustable handlebars. They can be manually moved up and down without any tools, making it incredibly convenient for kids of different heights. The adjustable handlebars also contribute to a safer and more comfortable ride, as there's no need to bend over to control the scooter. Portability is another important feature for scooter. It's foldable and fits easily into the trunk of any car. This makes it a great option for kid when travelling. The unit weighs only around 16 lbs, which is very easy to carry around. Additionally there is a handy kickstand make this scooter even more user-friendly. The scooter's display is also another highlight feature. It shows the speed in either miles per hour or kilometers per hour, the battery charge level, and the speed level you select. Normally safety is a big concern for customer. The scooter comes equipped with colorful LED lights improve visibility and safety on the road. Additionally, there are reflective safety stickers on the front and rear of the scooter. The scooter is equipped with a 150W powerful motor and need take about 5 hours to reach a full charge, and it's advertised to travel up to 6 miles on a single charge. The media could not be loaded. First I would like to say this item was packaged very well and item arrived on time and not damaged. This is a birthday gift for my son and he loves it. It it easy to make just one screw and even comes with the tool to screw on. Comes with charger. It has led lights that change different colors. Very sturdy and beautiful scooter. It has three adjustable sizes so it goes up taller for when your child grows. I purchased this electric scooter for my daughter’s birthday. She was excited. We opened the item and charged the scooter per instructions. After we waited for 5 hours and the battery charger light came on green, my daughter wanted to ride the scooter; however, the speed was not even going. So I tried it myself and yes, it did not worked either. So I returned the item, thinking I would have a return label; yet, I didn’t and had to wait for the seller to respond and provide me one. I waited, so after waiting, I received a return address only, not a label. I had to pay $47 to return a defective product back. The company did not even bother to reimburse me for a defective item that we received. I contacted them and ask for reimbursement and provided the receipt, NO RESPONSE!
