Lots to say of this, nearly all of which are positive. Caroma E22 pro model The one shortcoming: The folding latch for when riding is not entirely lined up correctly. This only kind of unsafe as the latch still engages, but only half of the surface is being used. This may not be the case for you. Notes: You will want some thread-locker. I put blue on all screws but this is something you should do to ALL Escooters as screws WILL back out over time due to the vibrations and bumps these things will see. Cheap, easy and only takes a few minutes. There's no room on the handlebars for accessories at all, you'll want an extender for a phone mount or what-have-you. My GF and I are able to ride this around town together pretty easily and do so frequently. Together we're about 240 pounds and it works fine. You'll be surprised at this thing's torque out of the box, I guarantee it since I was. Wish it had front suspension as the ride is rough with the solid tires, but that's asking way, way too much at this price point. Speed: Reaches 18MPH on flat pavement at ~120 pounds. This is blazing fast, do not be mistaken. Good enough to ride in the bike lane for sure. Hills: For a lighter person, absolutely kills it. Over 160IBS you'll see it struggle but it'll do anything not extreme. Ride quality: Rough but no rougher than your typical scooter in this category. Enough to ride in the city fine. Really bad roads, super bad sidewalks and off road etc I would avoid. Floor board: So big me and my GF can ride it together. She's in front, and I'm in back with her between my arms as I drive (safest position and easiest) it's pretty long and very wide. Charge: Charges pretty quick, nothing atypical. Charging indicator is on the brick and have been very impressed by the battery life. As the battery drops lower, the power does as well naturally. Features: Cruise control is amazing, headlight is great, board lights are amazing for visibility and cool factor, brake light works amazing, a bell is a bell ring ring, display is nice. Folds pretty well. Rear suspension is something but not much. Battery management system exists and works great. Solid style tires. Disc brake in the front and motor in the back. Weight: on the heavier side. Got this for my GF primarily and she needs to take it up a few flights of stairs and she struggles a lot. It is doable though, with great difficulty. Don't let this be a deal breaker. Aftermarket support: Non existent. You can't and won't find anything for this specifically. However generic stuff works ofc. Durability: I've had this months now, and we've beat it like crazy. Nothing has broke and works like it did out the box. Setup: Practically instant, came with some charge out of the box. Price and for-the-money: Exceptional. Shipping was 70 bucks I ended spending nearly exactly 300USD for this all-in. Absolutely unheard of in the Escooter market especially for the value. IMO this board beats out big name brands all for less than half the price.

We received this and the battery power is difficult to judge, . Overall pretty good. Though I do worry because the charging block gets very hot. Edited to Add: We have had this for a while now. Still running strong, excellent customer service. Would buy this again. Unfortunately have to add another edit. While the customer service team is responsive we have had several issues with the scooter, we are still in the warranty period or at least were when we started having problems but they sent us another display, with no instructions, we are still trying to put that on. However there are other issues with alignment and they said they sent us a new clip for the front but have not received it twice. The scooter was great, when it worked, but I feel like I paid enough to get at least a year out of it not 4 months. It has never been right since the beginning. At this point they should just replace it. I researched the warranty before purchase just in case because I was not familiar with the brand and reviews were mixed. Now I kind of wish I had gone somewhere else. Also paid 70 for shipping. :( One more edit, we haVe not been able to use this for months now, support sent us a new motherboard display as that was out, but then they ahd to send another wrench clip as that was also defective, we changed both of these adn we still cannot align the front wheel to match the handlebars. Support has gone silent, was it worth $300 for 3 months, probably not. It was great while it lasted.
