I love my Caroma blue scooter. I chose this scooter and it's unique color because I was tired of seeing all the dark color scooters out there looking all the same. This Scooter catches everyone's attention and people ask me about it all the time. It also comes in a bright Orange but I liked the blue and so does everyone else apparently. It's super fast (3 speed modes) and it's built very well. The folding mechanism is fast and easy and once you get use to the weight (which isn't bad) and how to carry it, moving around with it, is pretty easy. The lights are bright and the screen display is also bright and very easy to read. So many people asked me about it I think I made them sell out, which is great thing for the company I guess. Absolutely ZERO support. I've had several scooters trying to find the right one. In it's price range, this Caroma product is far superior in many ways. Much faster and more torque than the competition. The only thing I don't like about this one is the base that you stand on is a little shorter than most and because of its design it starts curving upward in the rear, taking space away from where you can stand. Then, they mount the clip right where you stand in the rear, where it clips when you fold it it's in the way of your feet. Also, it will exceed 20mph downhill. It really SHOULD have front brakes. I actually purchased SEVEN ADDITIONAL scooters based on this one but now, NO after sales support responses at all. All email addresses are generic and different and no response from any. I bought the C1 and it was really cool I loved it and then all the sudden I got an error code and it stopped working within not even a month so they offered to send me a part and a video to fix it but if it already broke down within a month I'm just going to send it back. Really too bad because I enjoyed the speed and the maneuverability of it. But obviously the quality control isn't there. It's a real bummer and a pain in the ass. ... show more

Ok,so this ev scooter happen to be awesome when I first unboxed it.. unfortunately the turn signals upon receiving did not work,but I decided to give it a chance as signals were not as important.everything was as expected,the acceleration and speed was their, handling and solid ess of the ride was superb and was completely satisfied with the purchase dispute the signals not working,however,I'm thinking because of the hot weather out here in the dessert and being that the asphalt was twice the heat that of what the temperature is,an E1 code popped up on my digital screen and my Carmona scooter no longer functioned..I was forced to send back,but of course Amazon within the 30 days lives up to its return policy no questions asked and was able to have my funds returned.perhaps,it was just that unit that could have been defective, because otherwise,the duration while it was functioning was the best for sure... ... show more

Product came missing a couple screws but we were able to replace them. Used as daily computer to work. Stays charged and goes pretty fast. Great for your first Electric Scooter.
