Size is perfect and flavor is good. A bit too sweet for my needs and taste but having it twice a week won't hurt my diet. I have gastro sleeve and removal off my gallbladder and having to eat 6 small meals is not easy but this product is very convenient and saves me a trip to a salad bar or smoothie shop. Needed something easy to take with me to work everyday out in the field when I go help people sign up for no cost solar panels, and when I'm at my weekend security job where I only have 30 minutes for a break. These are nice quick satisfying meal replacements that taste good, easy to carry, effective at keeping the hunger away for a few hours. Good enough ingredients if you don't mind milk based protein. The fiber is slight, but good enough to move the bowels. However, definitely drink one glass of water with each one of these to help your kidneys clear all the protein. Kidney stones are no fun and a simple glass of water with each will easily prevent any cloggage. The Rich Milk Chocolate flavor is his favorite because it actually tastes like chocolate milk, not overly sweet or chalky like some other protein drinks.
