My first flavor of Premier Protein shakes was White Chocolate Raspberry. I thought they tasted really good but more like strawberry milk than their flavor name. So this is my second flavor and once again, I think it's good but it doesn't taste like pumpkin spice. To me, has a charred sweet root vegetable flavor (odd, I know). So maybe like charred sweet pumpkin or yam. It does taste good....just not as expected. I wouldn't buy this flavor again but I am going to try chocolate. I usually make my own protein shake but I keep these in the fridge for convenience. I'll throw one in the freezer before my workout. It's ice cold when I'm ready for it and it's smooth and creamy. It's not at all filling for me so I'll add an apple, string cheese and nuts... overall it's a great nutritional profile. This is a good value because these are much more expensive in the grocery store. I do prefer the plastic bottles over the cartons because they're recyclable. ... show more

normally this pumpkin spice product is very good; however, the last shipment I received was 1/2 pumpkin spice & 1/2 peaches & cream. At first, I was excited to try a new limited edition flavor until I did try it. The peaches & cream flavor was terrible.

This stuff was so yummy I subscribed but canceled the ingredient list is enormous with many things I cannot pronounce. I decided to switch to transparent labs for more minimal ingredients therefore a healthier protein drink. More economical too. Good stuff

This is my favorite flavor, luckily it’s May I’m still able to get this flavor. It’s thick, and creamy. The taste is delicious I drink it alone and I also use it to make cold coffee very refreshing. I’ve order it every month and will continue.

If you like pumpkin spice taste with your protein, you will like this product! It offers 30 grams of protein in each bottle, and is a fairly clean source of that protein. It has helped me lost, and keep off, a large amount of weight for two years. I started drinking this product to increase my protein intake in July of 2021, and have lost 50 pounds, and maintained my loss. So, with proper use, this product will aid in weight loss while maintaining muscle. Beyond the effectiveness, the other part of it is the taste of this product. I have a pretty picky taste, and don't like a lot of the flavors available in this kind of product. I think the taste of this is so good that I would drink it even if it wasn't as good as it is otherwise - it tastes that good! It has a very nice cinnamon aftertaste, as is not metallic or anything else - just pure cinnamon. Just make sure you follow the directions on the bottle, and shake well before opening. Make sure you do that, especially if the product sits for a while before you drink it. And, there is no need to refrigerate it first, but you can if you want. That means it is convenient to bring along as a snack or quick meal replacement even if you are someplace with no access to a cooler or refrigerator. Or, you can bring it along for use if you travel, which I have done as well. ... show more
