My sons and I love to drink these delicious protein shakes with a banana or other fruit for a quick breakfast on the go or mid-morning snack. They are remarkably filling and satisfying as well as nutritious. They offer a quarter days' worth of vitamins and minerals as well as the protein so important to growth and recovery. They only have 160 calories and 4-6 grams of carbs depending on the flavor you choose, so they fit low carb diets as well as low calorie diets.
