I am on a GLP-1 and I have to get protein in my diet. I use one of these very morning in my coffee and it is awesome!! I do drink them on their own sometimes, but it has to be refrigerated in my opinion. I like these bottles more than the cartons they sell. There is no added sugar and that means a lot to me, and heck yeah I love there is added vitamins and minerals considering my food intake has decreased so much. It gives me comfort that I am getting at least some of my vitamins and minerals. It's kind of pricey, but worth every penny to me. The Premier Protein Shake – Caramel, 30g Protein is one of the best ready-to-drink protein shakes I’ve tried. The caramel flavor is really good—sweet and smooth without tasting artificial. The texture is creamy and not grainy at all, which is something a lot of protein drinks struggle with. Another thing I like is that it doesn’t have that heavy “protein” taste some shakes have.
