I am on a GLP-1 and I have to get protein in my diet. I use one of these very morning in my coffee and it is awesome!! I do drink them on their own sometimes, but it has to be refrigerated in my opinion. I like these bottles more than the cartons they sell. There is no added sugar and that means a lot to me, and heck yeah I love there is added vitamins and minerals considering my food intake has decreased so much. It gives me comfort that I am getting at least some of my vitamins and minerals. It's kind of pricey, but worth every penny to me. I usually buy Premiere Protein shakes from Costco but they only carry limited flavors. I wanted something different. I was hesitant to purchase this flavor because some flavorings in general can be too sweet, and I’m not a huge fan of Carmel flavorings. I do like caramel but some flavorings can taste fake.
