So we needed this for daily use (travel for a living) on a RAM 1500, and for a cross-country trek. Based on the reviews I felt pretty confident this would do the trick. But, like most, had some reservations re: the quality, and wanted to see for myself if it was up to snuff. 1.) Super easy to install. My partner and I (both females) were able to get it done in 20-30 minutes, in less than ideal weather. 2.) Well made. Had a nice heft to it. I've owned a lot of tonneau covers over the years and this rivals some of the more expensive, dealer installed versions, at a fraction of the price. I love that it locks securely with the bed of the truck. Construction is quality -- time will tell how it holds up. But you could buy 3 of these for the price the dealership charges. So my bet is on this one. 3.) Probably most importantly, it fit very well and kept our truck-full of goods, perfectly dry and clean. There was a slight amount of Oregon and Nevada sand that got in, but it was minuscule. And way less than I've had with almost any other topper, or tonneau. It's very accurate to say that it's weather-proof. We went from PNW--to the SW-- to the SE, in about every kind of weather imaginable in the winter over 10 days. This worked like a charm. 4.) I would buy it again. Some have noted the handles and latches are a bit cheap. There's some truth to that. Not having owned it for more than a couple of months, it's hard for me to comment on that aspect, other than to acknowledge, they do seem like a cheaper plastic. Shipping was fast. Arrived 3 days earlier than expected. The included instructions are trash. Just watch the install videos on this page and use common sense. You’ll do much better than trying to follow what the included paper instructions say. The quality of the product is NICE. Very sturdy. Looks very sharp. Install was pretty easy. I did it myself (38, female), I just had my friend help me hoist it up onto the bed of the truck, but if needed I could have gotten it up there myself. I WISH THEY GAVE ME MORE WEATHER STRIPPING. They only provided one strip long enough for the end where the bed meets the cab. But once I got everything screwed in and tightened down, I might not actually need any more. Everything tightened down nicely, and easily. I’ve also had to open it up to put more items in the bed of the truck.. it’s not a hassle or anything like it’s easy to access if you need to fold up a section or two to get to the deep end of the bed. I have a 2018 Dodge Ram 2500. It fits nicely and looks CLEAN. We’ll see how it does with the rain. Will update my review in a few weeks. ... show more

2004 ram 1500 2dr 6.4 foot bed. Overall it’s a great cover. Little rain had got in but I still need to put some weatherstripping down on the bed rails and bed itself to fully seal it. This cover is really nice and looks great. The parts seem to be good and time will tell how long things lasts. I did stand on it and it didn’t budge haha. So it can hold weight like they say. For the price, can't beat it. It came damaged, but didn't notice until after installation. Wasn't worth the effort to uninstall and return. Probably was damaged during shipment. So make sure to inspect the outside joints for broken pieces before installing. You will not want to return once installed if you notice after. Easy to open and close. Easy installation with good security. Allows a minor amount of water to enter the bed of the truck (no puddles, but will get something wet.) ... show more

I got this to cover the bed of my 2018 Ram pickup truck 🛻! It fit perfect and is heavy duty! I live in the foothills of Utah and we get a lot of snow ❄️ sometimes. It seems to keep the water out even though I didn't put in all the water proofing that it came with. It has straps So it will stay folded on or off the truck. ... show more
