I used one specifically for cleaning root vegetables like potatoes, carrots, taro, etc.! A cleaning hack for those pesky sticky oil marks on the stove: MAKE SURE STOVE IS NOT IN USE BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS CLEANING HACK! Dampen a paper towel with isopropyl alcohol, let it sit on oil marks for 5-10mins, then use wire dish rag to simply wipe it off.

UPDATE: I wasn't sure if I liked these double-sided mesh cloths or the thinner single-layered ones. I definitely like THESE double-sided stiffer ones better. They are a more substantial cloth in my hand and it is easier to use them compared to the flimsy, single-layered ones. These just drape over the middle of my kitchen sink ready to use. I own horses and I have found that they also are fabulous bit cleaning cloths. It makes it so much faster and easier. There are hundreds of uses for cloth that drains so quickly and completely. When I went looking for ore of these cloths I looked for the type of mesh. I love the way they drain instantly so water doesn't build up in my tray and no wringing out. These, like others, do not scratch the surfaces of delicate pans or counters, however, these cloths stay stiffer which I'm trying to decide if I like better or not. The binding around the edges is larger and retains water more so they don't drain as efficiently as other cloths. These are a good size but I think I would like them to be a bit more flexible like a soft cloth.

Value for the money yes, does not smell, is easy to use so far, no stains however, Not as I expected. Metallic feel just as it looks. Doesn’t absorb, gets off stuck on food but feels nothing like a clean cloth.

I'm truly disappointed with these steel wash cloths. I feel as though I'm holding a piece of paper, which makes it difficult to grip & get in tight areas. I will be going back to my trusty sponges with steel wool. This product or perhaps a similar one, has been highly advertised & recommended. How foolish I was to buy into ads from non-dependable site. The price plus paying additional shipping fees is a total rip off of my money, $20 something $. I love Amazon products. This is the first product I have ever given a negative review on Amazon. But I won't hold that against them. I'm sorry, but I definitely give this product a thumbs down & belongs in the trash. Thank you.
