Best, most comfortable pair of boots I've ever bought and I've bought scores of them. Putting them on was tight but once on, it made the fit feel like a fine pair of gloves. Comfortable, great fit and no break in period. Recommending these to a friend already. The only downfall is the spaghetti thin laces that will not stay tied. Will be replacing those before they are worn out. Carhartt did themselves and customers justice with their choice in quality.

I always buy extra inserts with my boots I'm a shop welder stand on cement all day so far i haven't put my inserts in very comfortable doesn't hurt my ankles or heels very good quality.

Good quality and comfortable boot. My only complaint would be the VERY thin shoe laces that came with the boot. Especially for a work boot, these laces won’t last long. I dropped a hunk of metal on my foot and the metatarsal guard and composite toe saved my foot from injury.

In the beginning it’s kinda hard to get used to the weight but keeps my feet warm and it’s totally water proof. I’m using to work in a factory and works fine with the snow and the daily work time . Super recommend it!

I work in landscaping. I am conflicted about the boots. A little brake in time( that caused little blisters on my heels). But after that they were good. But the rubber tow split after a few weeks of wearing them. And now after 5 months they started to put big blisters on my heels again.... Probably won't get again.

So far in very harsh conditions these boots are holding up very well. Working in steel fabrication manufacturing that goes from outside work to sand blasting and welding. They are comfortable and a good fit.

Boot makes noise when walking like they were not stitched together properly. Just one and can see that the machine sewed them together crooked. Need for a job soon otherwise would return/exchange. Poor quality inspection.
