I've really been impressed with these boots. The comfort hasn't flagged at all and they are of good quality. Working around metal I expected them to start looking pretty ratty, especially on the toe from the jagged metal corners you hit with them at times, but nope, they still look good. I can spend hours walking the concrete in the warehouse and am still comfortable. The only small issue was one of the eyelet rivets was too small to do the job and came off, but the hole in the leather has held up when I threaded the second set of shoestrings through. I'd recommend you give these serious consideration if you work in a tough environment. Orinal review: I didn't feel like paying Redwings price, even though I have had great luck with them. These Carhartts look nearly the same and have a metaguard that my Redwings didn't, but the real noticeable difference is the lack of pain in breaking these in. Surprising for boots purchased off a website instead of in a store. Sizing was spot on at 11W like I needed. ... show more

Amazing is all I'm saying. Got these boots In 2023. I work 40 to 60 hours a week and In all kinds of terrain and weather. It is nice to have the comfort and durability that these boots offer. Getting ready to get my new pair with confidence I don't have to worry about holes or the sole detaching like so many others I have tried. Decent Boot, The size runs about standard. Comfortable. They should not cost as much as they do, I have had these boots 5 months now and they are falling apart. The composite toe is standing strong but the sole is starting to separate. It waterproof for sure and the support in heels and arch are both nice. Due to the fact that they are separating at the sole I will not buy again. I am giving 4 stars because I do like the boot just hate they didn’t last ... show more

Best, most comfortable pair of boots I've ever bought and I've bought scores of them. Putting them on was tight but once on, it made the fit feel like a fine pair of gloves. Comfortable, great fit and no break in period. Recommending these to a friend already. The only downfall is the spaghetti thin laces that will not stay tied. Will be replacing those before they are worn out. Carhartt did themselves and customers justice with their choice in quality. Update...as per several other reviews, after some wear time, the toe section just simply falls apart. The price of these boots do not warrant them to fall apart at the toe like this. The manufacturer needs to be aware and address this problem. ... show more
