Great economical alternative to oem carburetor. Float needle failed on my Ariens deluxe 28. The oem carburetor cost $120.00. I received this carb and it looked almost identical to the oem the only difference is the linkage hookup but still installs easily took. After installation, my snowblower started up 1 pull and ran perfect. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because this carburetor didn’t come with a gasket. I was able to scrape the old one off without too much damage. I’m not going to complain too much because the price was very low but I’m pretty surprised a gasket wasn’t included. ... show more

When I first looked at this carburetor I didn't think it was going to work with my Ariens snowblower as the throttle mechanism worked differently. Once installed, however, it works perfectly.
