Excellent value and quality. I have purchased many canopy's for protection here in the AZ sun, for many activities. We attend the kids sporting events and use t for additional shade for pool parties. This canopy folds up to a small footprint, and is very solid when standing. The stakes provided are not the best but do ok, since really they are small rods and thin, but are sufficient if you have soil that is not too hard. I prefer large fat nails 4 to 6 inches long, which I put in each corner at different angles - we get windy here in SoAZ. Only downside to this product is the storage pouch. The storage pouch should be double stitched, as when you place items in the pouch the bottom seem fails. We have had stitched the pouch, and have fixed the issue.

We set up this canopy over my grandchildren's new sandbox. When an early summer thunder shower came through, we lowered the canopy but didn't completely take it down. There wasn't any wind. It just rained for about 30 minutes. When we came out, the canopy was holding a tremendous amount of water- none had drained through the canopy cover, and the frame underneath looked as you see it in the picture. We removed the canopy cover to see if the frame could be fixed, but it couldn't. There were 3 pieces of the frame that had snapped in the middle and multiple places where the frame was bent and nearly broken. An email exchange with the company was useless in that they pointed out to me that the canopy isn't guaranteed for wind, rain, or snow damage. I dont know what it's covered for. I was finally able to fold the frame to put it in the carrier to return to Amazon. In one of my other two pictures you can see one of the metal pieces where it snapped. In the third picture you can see something that amazed me. It is one of the joints where the metal was bent and nearly broken, and in the 2 days it took me to collapse the frame to put back in the carrying box, the paint started to peel and the medal was rusting. Amazon has offered FANTASTIC customer service in that they are allowing me to return it for a full refund. Their customer service agents have been helpful and completely agreeable. This canopy is completely useless and worthless unless you are willing and able to completely fold it up and put it away when some unexpected weather arrives.

This is a pretty great pop up! Goes up like any other but taking it down is sooooo easy! The pull pins make it so you don't pinch your fingers making the top part release. The legs have the buttons like most others but they seem to operate much more smoothly. The bag however is crap. It's already ripped and all I did was take the tent out. So for now I have it bungee corded closed to make it easier to carry.

Difinitely buying another to add next to my existing one. Bought a 12x12. Easy to set up. I find it to be stable with strong wind blowing. Of course if you know it might be windy and you're not going to use it, lower it down or take it down. Best one I bought in 3 years. Oh! If you are over 6ft tall like I am....... Duck!!!! 1st time I think I almost have myself a concussion 😜😜😜 UPDATE: 9/23/25 I was sitting under the canopy relaxing listening to the rain and some music and the canopy collapsed on me! I'm not hurt but I do suggest purchasing the Asurion 2 year protection plan. Because I purchased it and was inside my 30 day return window, they shipped me a new one. Still great tent but.... take it down if raining

We bought this for an annual picnic day to use for shade. We ordered it in late May, 2019, used it for two days that season. Celebration cancelled due to COVID in 2020. Put it up for July 2021 celebration and noticed several seams splitting along edges where tape wasn't caught properly. The top center support was also starting to split. I reached out to company with inquiry and it took them a month to get back to me, saying high volumes would delay responses. They asked if could I provide receipt, pictures, etc. As soon as I submitted the pictures showing the seams splitting on the "new" fabric, they responded immediately that it was beyond warranty period. Technically, they are correct, but not willing to back their flimsy product. I would discourage purchase. Not expensive, but too expensive for 4-5 days of use.

The tent itself it pretty solid. Just as it's described...worked great on the beach for us. But the bag that it comes in is absolute garbage. After using it a handful of times, it had at least three rips in it. If you pull on one of the handles the wrong way, the bag will rip. If you pull the bag the wrong way, it will rip. It's like a strong wind will cause it to rip. The wheels that are on the bag are also super cheap. We had to return our tent the first time because the wheels didn't even make it to our house. One was lost in shipping. I don't think this bag was tested anywhere outside of an office building. I think you're picking up what I'm putting down here in regards to the bag. But hey...the tent itself is pretty solid! Definitely better than the ones they sell at Dicks....so I got that going for me. Which is nice.

I have been doing trade shows for 20 years. I have had EZ UP's, Coleman's... all kinds of pop tents and this is my absolute favorite of all of them! It is the easiest to set up and tear down and you can't beat the price! Extremely easy to use! I can set it up and tear it down all by myself! It is also extremely durable. I am extremely hard on my tents and so are my dogs. I drag them as I am not strong enough to carry it and my 70 lb dogs wrestle and play on it while I am transporting it in the car. The canopy is uv and water resistant. The metal legs are extremely sturdy. The guy with those crazy pictures must have been drunk and hit it with his car. It could not get like that even with extreme extreme regular abuse. Hitting it with a car however, is not regular abuse. The rain for instance, not a problem. I do at least 3 shows a month. It has been in hurricane like storms in South Carolina and Florida. It has been in lake hard rain in Michigan. I have not had any problems with leakage or sturdiness. If inclement weather is coming, all you have to do is stake it down like you would any tent and it will be fine! I have left it unattended a couple of hundred times overnight when it was suppose to rain and it was absolutely fine upon my return in the morning. After all I've put mine through, I can only surmise extreme stupidity is the reason for any negative reviews on this. Because really if it can survive me and my dogs and how often I use it and the weather it has seen all over the country, it should survive any normal occurances with proper intelligent use. This is THE sturdiest and best pop tent I have ever owned by far and I have owned a ton! -sara

Purchased this item in April to use for graduation party the end of May. The morning of the party, I took out of the box, put the tent up and noticed that the metal was bent in two places. I had no choice but to use as the party was later that day and it was forecasted to rain. Once the rain started, I noticed the water pooling almost immediately on the cover causing the bent metal to bend even further and tent to collapse. At that point I had to make the best use I could of the tent. I put the tent back up but had to pull the canopy taught by cutting holes in it and tying the cover to the poles. Although the tent looked terrible, it stayed up the rest of the day, however it is now unusable and destroyed. It is trash. I messaged customer service and after I explained and offered to send pics of the damage, they said they could not do anything about this as I was out of time. I explained to them it was my first time using this and they would not make right on this item. If you need a tent, I would look elsewhere. This one is a waste of money and the customer service is terrible.
