As others have said, installation is easy enough. Documentation is poor, but you can figure it out. My big issue is that the internal microphone quality is BAD. There may be some settings that can help, but they're locked away behind one of the most user- restrictive android builds I've ever come across. I was able to improve slightly by unlocking developer mode in Android Settings and changing some Bluetooth settings, but still no where near factory quality. I've tried reaching out to the after sales support to try to get access to Factory/Engineering Mode but they say it's not possible. I'm not going to route and mount an external mic, especially when the factory Mic still exists. I'm going to try and figure out how to integrate the factory electric mic into their unit, but I'm not hopeful. Will likely return because without quality hands-free calling the unit isn't worth it's esthetic

This is my second try's for at leaving a review - firstly this is NOT fully android capable, there are no USB webcam options available for the various web browser applications, chrome, firefox, etc and no built in camera. You can get an external usb camera and applications are available to use it to record, etc but not in video chat via normal out of the box apps. The screen saver had dirt under it, it was quite the fiasco, I had to remove the radio four times to repair / reinstall a new screen saver provided by the company. THEY WERE GOOD ON THEIR WORD providing me replacements, so I am thankful for that. Otherwise, its a toss up on what your really getting, the vehicle cameras and parking "radar" only come on its screen when you manually push the camera button. Otherwise the normal vehicle indicators work as normal. The USB cables for the external devices work well, radio is ok, not awesome - but ok, reception is not as good as oem. The CAN module allows for mapping steering wheel buttons but mine was plug and play, didn't need to mess with that stuff! Day to night and dark vs light settings are tough to tune in, it does not dim in steps as the dash does, it goes from night to day settings and those are static that you setup on the radio. Its not a show stopper but it makes for touching the top corner with your baby finger and hoping to hit the button if your vehicle light sensor doesn't switch to dim in the right conditions - it is like a TV you find yourself fumbling for the remote to turn down the brightness SOMETIMES, but again its not steps like dash control, its a or b of which you can adjust but NOT a b c d e f g like factory dimmer. Beyond that, the directions were for a previous version, they helped but still frightening when they don't match the thing you tore your 40k vehicle dashboard apart and scrambling youtube for information thart should have been present. There was NO cutting of factory harness, the adapter to keep using the OEM usb connector does not work, not sure why, but you take on of the two external USB plugs and plug in a small adapter that is then supposed to plug into the oem USB plug - it does not work? I bought Tello chip and installed the antennas on the side of the console down low, and the bars are better that the phone, but it is 4g only.. I have a 5g CAPABLE chip in it and it works fine.. I saw a response from one of their support folks saying you can ONLY use a 4g sim, but in my case (and experience) 5g sims are backwards compatible, so mine works fine - 14 bucks per month. HOWEVER you cannot use it as a phone, you can use VOIP like google voice, etc but it will only operate as a phone when in Android Auto mode, utilizing your phone service. It DOES get a phone number, but the voice portion is blocked for what ever reason. Additionally, each time it turns on, its pushing this "EZlink" software in your face, you can bypass it but at first you imagine you MUST create an account for EZLink on your phone and EZLink on the unit to work. When I saw to INSANE monthly charges I was ready to toss it in a box and send it back BUT, but it will still connect and use android auto WITHOUT subscription, but the EZLink in your face each time you turn on your car is a ad based in your face application, I don't like it and you cannot remove or disable it! Otherwise, tons of stuff left out here, bottom line, IT WORKS AS A TABLET WITHOUT CARRIER PHONE OR WEBCAM not a FULLY FUNCTIONAL ANDROID PHONE. I WOULD NOT DO IT AGAIN, but the novelty keeps the passenger busy! Your mileage may vary...

I paid 900 dollars for my Titan stereo . Within 30 days my touch screen stopped working. I reached out to manufacturer and was told I need new cables and they sent me the package. After paying to get it installed professionally I had to pay again for them to change cables . Once I got the cables installed it didn’t fix the issue as I started to have Sam problem week later . After hours of Troubleshooting they sent me new radio . I paid for an installation again to have new radio start having same issues after 3 months. Over all i spent countless hours troubleshooting and paying extra money to get defective car stereo. Now manufacturer is asking me to send them defective device so they can fix it while I don’t have any radio and climate control for 1-2 months while dealing with winter weather. Long store short it came to be horrible customer service a now I’m stuck with a defective product as I can’t ship it back as I need to be able to use heating system . I would never recommend this company to anyone and this product is not worth your money and time . Shame on you .
