This product got easier to use as I got more comfortable using it. It took me some time to get it loaded properly and to learn to use it with ease, but I an impressed once I mastered it. It is truly waterproof and made it through several days of downpours from WV to Florida. The only issue that I had was one of the buckles breaking. I think this may have been more user error on the part of my son when he tightened it, rather then product failure. Even still, we just tied to broken strap in place and went about our trip. Good buy and good product.

This car topper had great instructions. The first set up takes a minute to figure out, but much less time when we were using at the end of vaca to come home. We were able to use it for all of our beach equipment that was awkward to fit in the car. We padded the bottom with beach towels which worked out well. There were no scratches on our car roof and the bag held up great. We were in a rainstorm on our way home and everything stayed completely dry inside the bag.

I can’t say enough about this product. First car top carrier I’ve ever owned, and it more than passed the test! Took a cross country trip, rained the whole time, and arrived to my destination with all dry contents! User friendly to set up and if you follow the directions, you will have no problems with flapping straps etc even at speeds upwards of 75mph! Definitely recommend!
