Excellent fitment and appearance / many features / superior sound quality and video display. Had issues with the backup camera but customer service was top notch and responsive, even FaceTime'd from China to check my wiring installation!

The item claims to be android 13, but it's android 12, they said it works with aftermarket amps, but there's no remote on hot wire from the unit to turn on the amps so it doesn't really work for aftermarket amps system, customer support as of now has been unresponsive, I even put WhatsApp on my phone but still no contact, so I'm sitting with my dash is all taken apart and can't proceed Ok found another problem, the counsel trim pieces have a tab on them to keep them in place, the tab is supposed to go into the radio bezel into a slot, but there's no slot and either you'd have to remove the tab from the trim piece but it would most likely not stay tight against against the console, or do like I did and used a dermal and cut some slots into the bezel, not what you'd expect from a $740 unit

This is a fairly easy install - I did have some problems • I emailed customer support - then before you know it I’m on a what’s app conversation with their people. Of course they get to work at 10 pm so gotta be a night owl to work in real time With them. Anyhow great product and great support!

Took a little work to create the space needed for the install but after that it was smooth sailing. Setup took a while to figure out but after watching a couple of YouTube videos I was able to get everything set. Sounds great and looks even better.

The radio looks amazing and sounds as good as the stock radio. The abilityto connect to car play from my android phone is refreshing. It truly modernized the front console. Partnered with a very helpful service tech through WhatsApp to walk me through temps settings to Fahrenheit and MPH on the home screen through a needed update for my product.

Looks and sounds amazing it uses my factory Bose amps and speakers, my A/C and heat controls are now on screen along with all other operating systems It also gives the modern look to my out dated dashboard it fits perfectly after I moved the control board on the back up because it wouldn’t let me push it all the way back at first. Pro tip the control board can be unbolted and moved up on section to fit. I love it!! I just wish I could find a piano black console kit to match it.
