I have a 2013 F-150 STX With 135,000 miles. The truck had the stock radio, which died. With the age of the truck, I did not want to spend a ton of money on a replacement, this was one of the most reasonably priced ones I found so I decided to go with it. Overall, I like the radio. The kit came with everything needed to install with without any cutting or crimping of any wires. Everything was plug-and-play. It does take a little knowledge and patience to take the dash apart, install and hook everything up correctly. It took about an hour and a half to install. The install itself was not overly difficult if you have some basic knowledge in vehicle, electronics, and wiring. The directions provided along with tech-support handled any issues that came up for me. The trim kit fit perfectly and overall the radio works well. The Bluetooth works pretty good for the most part. The radio has a lot of customizable features. I have an iPhone and my wife has a droid both of them work well with the radio. Takes a little bit of time and patience to program the radio and get everything Working as intended. The only complaint is with the Bluetooth Microphone during calls. The sound quality is pretty poor. Overall, very satisfied with the product for the price would definitely recommend. ... show more

    • Won't power on
Unit wasent super difficult to install with moderate experience and confidence. Worst part is after everything is hooked up, unit wouod not power on.
