    • Don’t waste your money.
Quality is horrible. Biggest issue was that the audio did not work and so I did not have access to listening to the radio, my calls or Bluetooth. My husband tried reaching out to support on multiple occasions and never was able to get in touch with anyone and never heard back on any occasion. Don’t waste your money. The stereo is a paid to take put in and then we only ended up having to take it out again which unfortunately took time and now it’s just sitting there a waste of money. We were trying to send it back, but were unable to get it removed from the vehicle and shipped out in the small window of time provided in order to get a refund. Given 1 week from when Amazon reached out, but to get our vehicle to where we could get the stereo all pulled apart, packaged up and taken to be shipped out was not feasible in the short time slot. Very easy plug and play connections except for the OEM camera. That took a special wire harness or custom wire connections not included in the kit. Instructions are almost non existent. The radio itself is nothing less than great. All functions, including rear, over head air and heated seats are retained. All steering wheel function is retained. There are however a few instrument cluster selections that become non-functioning. UPDATE: (3 weeks) The OEM camera connects very easily. No additional equipment needed. There are a few buttons on the new stereo that are not used. "heated steering wheel", "A/C seats" If your Explorer does not have these options. ... show more

    • If you get it to work correctly, it might be nice.
First, get some directions, these are basically nonexistent. Secondly, if you include things like forward cameras, include something stating how its used, some directions. The cable for the rear camera isn't long enough to go to the rear liftgate and trough the the inside to the dash and into the back of the radio, I had to order an extension. My vehicle has two separate A/C units, one under the hood and one over the driver side wheel well, and I cannot get the controls to control the rear unit, it will blow heat if on high. And this has a different vehicle listed under vehicle information, leading me to think it was returned and sold to me as new. ... show more

I really tried to make this product work for my 2012 Ford Explorer. My OEM screen was broken and this system cost less than a replacement OEM with nicer features and Apple CarPlay. Unfortunately, not all features work as I would have expected. The advertised claim is they support all the OEM features including reverse cam, but quality is terrible. Makes car clock display in 24hr with no way to adjust. Steering wheel buttons can’t be used to initiate calls or hang up. Error gets displayed on car stating that it’s temporary lost communication with touch screen. Instructions are poorly written and minimal. No phone support! Support is done through WhatsApp with someone in China and their hours are way off from US time zones. Expect delayed responses for every question unless you work after hours. 5PM PST is 8AM China time. Very unsatisfied customer. ... show more
