We recently became owners of a new Model Y, and although it's a fine car, for some reason it doesn't come with a spare tire or a jack. That has been the norm for new cars with run-free tires, but Model Y does not have run-frees. In addition, you can't just use any jack with this car, since you don't want to puncture somewhere on the bottom that might damage the battery. Hence, you need a jack with a custom pad that will fit into the spot Tesla says you need to use. This jack kit fits the bill. Everything fits in a bag that you can carry with you. You get the custom pad(s) that fit the car, plus tools to help you jack up the car relatively easily. Since you didn't get a lug wrench with the car either, you get one in this kit that will work with the included 21'' drive head so that you can remove/replace your tire as well. The cost of the kit is not super cheap, but it's reasonable. I really think a jack+wrench should have been a default accessory that came with the car, but in its absence, I recommend getting this (or a similar set) to make sure you can get back on the road in a tire emergency.

The jack won’t fit under the puck on a model 3 performance with a flat. I had to drive the car up a ramp to get the jack under the car. Customer service followed up and was quick to support finding a resolution. I would purchase from this company again.

This scissor jack kit has everything you need to lift and remove a wheel from a Tesla vehicle. I am keeping this in the frunk along with a tire repair/patch kit as Teslas don't come with a spare (nor is there adequate space for one). For emergency use, this jack is more than adequate, however, I don't recommend using a scissor jack like this for prolonged general maintenance as they are not regarded as being very safe. As far as scissor jacks go though, this one appears to be high quality and is comparable to ones that I've seen included with many other car brands. This jack has a special provision at the top that is designed for a Tesla specific jack pad (which is also included). Overall, I'm very happy with this kit. All the components are good quality and the kit stores away nicely in the frunk. 5/5!

as soon as i started lifting the car I notice this buckling to one side. not only that it was slipping on the concrete and on the puck. there's no way to center it that its doesn't lean at all. The tool doesn't really work to rotate the jack as its not very ergonomic ! Had to use my own tools to loosen the tire as the tire iron is not long enough to apply a good amount of torque

I had gotten a tire repair kit, and then remembered that I needed a way to get the car up and the wheel off to fix it if I ever have to do that. This is a nice kit that includes pucks, the jack and everything else you need to get the car up and wheel off. It all comes in a nice soft case and I threw it in the frunk and hopefully never have to use it.
