I ordered this ported 12-in sub box for a Skar 12" sub that I installed in my wife's 2020 Kia forte in the trunk. After I wired everything up and adjusted the gains on the amp this thing made that speaker sound really good. I had the 12-in sub in a sealed box before and thought to myself she wanted a little bit more boom to the system well what better way to add a little more boom to the system than to add this 12-in sub to a ported box like this which has a lot more internal volume than the sealed box which is also recommended for this sub but man the price was amazing and it was exactly what I was looking for in a ported box for the trunk of her car. After all the adjustments and listen to a few songs, this thing really made that sub thump like you would not believe but that is to be expected with a ported box versus a sealed box. Exactly what she was looking for. Happy wife happy life. Lol😂

someone sent me this and it was basically the cheapest with the best reviews now looking to see where i can comment my own i see others have had some issues but mine is nicely built ill have to double check the inside seems but my ds18 500watt rms 1000watt max thuumps and i only have a small 220rms-450max watt amp powering it so shes running half power im gonna check the seals before i install the new amp so it doesn't fall apart this the first day and so far good🤷♂️

box is built and made nice, however if you plan to run over 800 RMS do not buy. I’ve had it for about three months and now I’m experiencing a high-pitched kicking noise coming from the box starting to ““ fall apart.
