Almost 3 years after my purchase, they are sending me a replacement part that broke (stem and suction cup to hold the dash cam on to the window). I never thought that the seller would have spare parts for this dash cam. I appreciate their help in situations like this; a good dash cam is at least a hundred bucks! ... show more

Per the manual, the largest capacity memory card you can purchase, and the memory the limit for the camera is a 128 Gigabytes. You will also need to purchase a USB "Card Reader" to download the memory card videos to your computer. PROS: Excellent video quality, Easy to install, 2 lenses (facing front and back), Records any motion (bumps or taps) while your car is parked, Excellent phone support, No monthly fees. CONS: To remove the memory card, the camera should be removed, but it detaches easily. No "cloud" option to upload videos, which means you can't identify a car break-in thief when he steals the camera. CONCLUSION: Great camera for recording while driving and keeping watch ... but unless your car is GARAGED at night, you need to remove the camera or it will ABSOLUTELY get stolen, and you will avoid having to replace a car window too. ... show more

bought this product on the reviews that i saw and must say mine must have been built on a sunday. had it about 4.5 weeks and have tried to format two different sd cards and can't format. the screen has separated from the body and now there is a quarter inch gap. and the suction falls down at least twice a week. cant tell you how it works because i cant get it to work. and of course this all started happening right after the return window closed. ... show more

Couldn't read a single license plate at night. Will not be useful in case of hit and run. This pretty much defeats the purpose of having a dash cam. Wouldn't work over USB connection to PC. Or haven't figured it out easily yet. Had to pull the memory card out to watch the video. Wouldn't turn on without USB power to change settings or review records - after being charged! ... show more
