My 3 yr old son is biracial and has super curly kinky-ish hair and I usually keep his hair short and would be okay with sticking with the Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo but during this pandemic and with the hair salons being closed his hair has now become an Afro and very hard to brush and comb and he cries when I comb even with a wide toothed comb and this product was my go to back when his hair was long last year so decided to go back to this brand and omg his hair is so easy to comb and no tangles! I bought for my 4 year old daughter. She has long curly hair which is often hard to care for without alot of conditioner. She plays hard and her tangles can be rough on her. I use this conditioner in the tub and brush her hair there. I rinse after brushing. Once her hair is dry her curls are tight and smooth. I'm happy with the results. I'm not lying! Her curls are so incredible after, that I want to keep her inside all day. Her hair type: light brown, waist length, thick, big thick curls, not wavy or tight little curls. No heat damage or chemical damage. As a comparison I can not comment for tight curls, or waves. I assume this product will work just as well. ... show more

    • Great product for multi-texture hair types!
A little goes a long way. Our son had unmanageable hair, part of it was wavy, part straight, and tight ringlets at the end. Before trying this his hair was frizzy and tangled constantly...its pretty long, down his back and was hard to detangle because it has several textures. This stuff is great! It smells wonderful and a little goes a long way. His hair is more manageable and the waves/curls look better and healthier. Very thick conditioner. It's hard to squeeze out of the container. The smell is nice and not too heavily scented. It leaves my child's hair feeling soft and makes it much easier to detangle her hair.

I really have to say that I love the slip of this conditioner on my sons hair. I am using this with the cantu shampoo and cantu curl activator. Out of all 3 products the conditioner is my favorite. I feel like the conditioner it what enhances his curl pattern more. Although it took about 2 weeks before I noticed a difference. ... show more

Absolutely amazing! The price is great and it’s made my daughters bath time so much more pleasant for the both of us. She has wavy thick hair and this plus the shampoo work great together! I will continue to buy this product and recommend to others. Only downfall is the bottle is kind of small but for the price totally worth it. I’ll just buy two at a time ... show more

Great conditioner. My son has thick hair with loose curls, his hair kept drying out and this product brought his beautiful curls back to life. Only complaint is that the label says to be careful it doesn’t get into their eyes. That’s a bit hard to do with a toddler splish splashing around at bath time, I wish it were tear free ... show more
