The A13 chip handles everything smoothly, the display is beautiful, and battery life easily lasts all day. The brightness is amazing as it has no adaptive brightness so I can make it as bright as I want, and it is so durable. The touchscreen responsiveness is absolutely incredible! Every tap, swipe, and gesture registers with zero lag. For a renewed device, the quality is outstanding and the price can’t be beat. The item is great don't let my 1star rating fool you. This rating is due to I ordered this item Dec 24 and it just arrived today. Was gonna be a late Christmas gift. I do not know what happened but I received "item approval" on this order, I approved it and for 3 maybe 4 days there was no update. I never was reached out to about this, I had to reach out. I sent an email and what do you know, the item went from "order received" to "order shipped". The seller never responded (as I know of this money haven't check my messages for a reply directly) for why this was delayed almost 2 weeks. No apology, no offering to make it right. As a 1st time buyer this was a sour experience. I undertand things happen but to not take any accountability nor offer it is a red flag. How can you take my money but not know an order wasn't shipped??? GOD ONLY knows if this would have arrived or not, if I didn't contact them. My nephew does love the iPad. I bought because of the RAM and total capacity for storage as I work in cybersecurity for the DoD. I wanted him to have something that will last. I'll walk my sister through the tech part of this so he gets the max usage out of it. Again, great product but terrible experience with the seller as far as an apology (lack thereof), transparency (why it happened), and customer experience. I don't shop with you because I am new to you but I feel like building your brand and maintaining the "aura" requires a lot of what my negative review is about.     • A good value iPad for the money
For an old iPad (9th generation) I was encouraged that the product was found to be nearly brand new and that the battery life was well into 4-5 hour range when I tested it out with YouTube videos constantly playing. I’m giving it 4 stars not because of either the iPad itself or the packaging which was genius (and shipping was incredibly an overnight wonder), but because of the less than stellar charging plug. This is easily overlooked since there are so many available replacements in the market, and so, otherwise, I found this iPad to be of exceptional value for the price. ... show more

Have had product for 3 days. So far so good, happy to have 3 months to return if issues! Was skeptical at first due to reviews however a lot of the bad reviews were based on things unimportant to me such as being shipped in a brown box rather than an apple box. My product arrived on time on Christmas Eve and in excellent condition. Charger was included in box. Box was brown lol but well packed! I could not see any scratches at all not even faint ones. No dents and charger port works as it should. It is unlocked as promised and connectivity is fine. My daughter did report that it crashed a few times since using so we are not sure about that just yet as it could be a Functionality issue. I will write another review after she uses it for a while to follow up on that! Overall so far I am happy with my purchase and glad I did not base my purchase solely on star rating! ... show more
