For the price, I believe I got a great iPad. In order to save $$ I bought the "good" condition refurbished iPad 9th gen 64gb with wifi and cellular. I have been using it for over a week and so far no hiccups. I turned on the unit attached it to my apple account it loaded up the latest OS software and I was off and running. The battery life is very good and apart for some minor scuffs on the back the condition is actually very good. The screen is not scratched, fingerprint reader works as expected and the unit came with a high current power supply and charging cable. I have not tried the cellular data connection yet but will be using it soon when I leave town for business. Great value for sure, will buy from Amazon refurbished again. ... show more

I’m honestly very disappointed that Amazon continues to support sellers like this. One is willing to pay a bit more for a supposedly high-quality product, yet on a scale from 1 to 10, it arrived in about a 2 in terms of physical condition and less than a 1 in terms of functionality. This iPad has a non-working fingerprint reader and keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi. Companies like this should really be held accountable. I requested a refund, but since I brought the product to another country, it was denied. Meanwhile, Apple products from sellers like this are still being sold on the platform. They sell garbage—the only thing “excellent” about it is the word used in the description. I am giving this one star only because the system requires at least one star to submit a rating, but honestly, it doesn’t deserve even that. ... show more

For an old iPad (9th generation) I was encouraged that the product was found to be nearly brand new and that the battery life was well into 4-5 hour range when I tested it out with YouTube videos constantly playing. I’m giving it 4 stars not because of either the iPad itself or the packaging which was genius (and shipping was incredibly an overnight wonder), but because of the less than stellar charging plug. This is easily overlooked since there are so many available replacements in the market, and so, otherwise, I found this iPad to be of exceptional value for the price. ... show more

First off I did not drink the Apple Kool-aid. I bought this to use mapping in the car as well as mapquest and Fuel locating apps while traveling. It works well and its nice not to have to lug my laptop around. I also bought a key board case to use with it. Great product , works great, portable, long working time without charging, easy to carry and so portable, and I can't tell it from, other than looking at my Visa bill and seeing my savings.
