There is a reason they call this lens the "nifty 50" and it is because you can, quite literally, do ANYTHING with it. Before I was just using a kit lens that came with my 90d, but this really stepped up the sharpness and depth of field in all of my pictures PLUS I can actually take night photos. The cleaning kit is pretty nifty and I like the microfiber towel it comes with. The filters aren't the best, but definitely a must have with the lens because it will step your photography up that extra step. The auto focus can be a bit finicky, but I also don't use auto focus a ton. Only reason it's not a 5 star review is it IS a $200 kit. It's not perfect. Each individual will find their own inconveniences with the kit, but that shouldn't keep you from buying this product. ... show more
