Very upset that I didn't have this thing sooner. This piece is a time saver and a half for my day to day. I'm a real estate photographer, so I constantly use polarizing filters on my lenses. However, I only have one 82mm filter for 3 lenses so ordinarily, I'm switching it around to whatever lens I need (it gets annoying and time consuming for sure, but I just didn't want to buy 3 filters that do the same job so I've just dealt with it). BUT with this bad boy, I just switch lenses and am ready to rock. I used to have to use a specialty filter for my 17mm tilt shift lens that was super cumbersome and annoying to use, but now that's ancient history.     • Adapter great for using EF and EFs lenses on the new Canon EOS R Mirrorless Camera
This adapter saves having to buy all new ER series lenses for the new EOS R Mirrorless camera. When using an EFs lens with the adapter, the camera automatically crops the sensor down to the 1:1.6 crop factor. So, Basically all EF and EFS series lenses are usable on the camera.

I pretty much always use circular polarizers, so not having to have one on the end of EVERY lens is incredible! Plus, I can now use my prime EF lenses. Actually wondering if I will even use the R lenses now! I'll have to do some A/B lens comparisons when I get a chance. I can't believe they don't offer a useable case for the clear lens I also bough, but I actually have an old leather 2 lens case that is working perfectly. Yes, it's a bit of money, but looks like it will be worth it for me. Even returning the R-Mamiya adapter I bought, as I realize now I can actually just use my old EF one... ... show more

Love this thing. Having the polarizer that easily adjustable is huge for real estate photography. This definitely shouldn’t be your only adaptor though. Especially, if you shoot low light

    • So much better than buying front element filters!
I love this little adapter! It saves me from having to switch out my polarizer every time I change lenses. I do wish the dial had a bit more resistance and they offered a clear or UV filer in case I don't want any polarization but those are minor gripes and the only things keeping it from 5 stars.
