Chair is easy to assemble. You need two people to properly insert the back onto the support arms. Once assembled the movement is smooth and fast. Fabric has a nice feel and the padding is comfortable. The price is also comfortable.

I am really impressed with this CANMOV Dual Motor Power Lift Recliner. It was incredibly easy to hook up right out of the box, and I was able to figure out all the features without any hassle. The Highlights: • Heat & Massage: This is easily my favorite part. The built-in heat feels amazing on my lumbar and back. The massage functions are great too you can pulse the vibration throughout your whole body, and the leg massage is a nice touch. • Design: The color is perfect and looks great in the room. It is a wider chair, but I actually love that because there is plenty of extra space for my cat or dog to curl up next to me. • Convenience: Having dual cupholders is very handy for keeping drinks or remotes nearby. Fit & Function: I’m 5'11", and while I initially thought the leg support could be a little longer, it actually fits me quite well. As for the lift mechanism, it is a little slow, but I realize it needs to be that way for safety and stability. I occasionally wish it was a bit faster, but I definitely "get" why it moves at that pace. Overall: It’s a feature-packed, comfortable chair that offers great support.     • I Needed a Sturdy & Durable Power Lift Recliner ~ Problem Solved!

First let me say that delivery was extremely fast! I deviated between purchasing this on Amazon where I was able to purchase additional warranty protection that kicks in at the end of what the manufacturer offered with the chair or whether to purchase on eBay where I could get assembly for an additional $72. I opted to purchase here, and purchased the 3 year extended warranty. I woke up yesterday morning and this one huge box was outside my door. Let me point out that I'm having a knee replacement in a couple of weeks and also have COPD and have been disabled since 12/2012. I was able to get the box into our living room, the chair arrives in 2 pieces with a bag containing all the parts to assemble. Assembly was extremely simple and involved plugging in 3 or 4 connections that are easily reached. The only other assembly was to attach two additional feet on the foundation for added support when using the chair to lift you. I saved $72!! As to the chairs construction, it's extremely well made, looks like suede but is in fact a very comfortable micro-fiber. The chair is well padded and comfortable in all positions. I'm a big guy, weighing 305 and was hesitant about getting a power chair and must say I was very surprised. The chair operates silently and with very smooth operation, not jerky or hesitant. The side pocket is not very big and is almost full when you put the wired remote control in there for storage. (it's wired through the frame of the chair into the pocket) I sleep in my recliner because of breathing problems and found this chair to be very comfortable for sleeping or sitting for long periods of time. The only reason I give this a 4 star rating instead of 5 is I feel the arms are low, they are just barely above lap level, which I found a bit uncomfortable and the foot rest needs about 2" more cushion as there's a bit of a drop off from where the chair hits behind the knees and your legs rest on the foot portion of the chair. Also bare in mind that this is an electric power chair and without power, you have a fixed position chair. I would recommend this for anyone who experiences difficulty getting up or just wanting a very cozy chair to relax in. I have no regrets about my purchase. ... show more

Disabled and weighing close to 400 lbs, I needed a reliable and comfortable lift recliner to help me get up. I was quite skeptical about purchasing one online at what seemed to be “TOO LOW A PRICE TO BE A QUALITY CHAIR.” I stand corrected. The chair arrived in several large boxes and DID REQUIRE ASSEMBLY. But my son, who is not very handy when it comes to putting things together, was able to fit the pieces together quickly and easily, no tools required. The upholstery is modern and attractive. The seating area is plenty wide for larger people and the wide plush arms are comfortable. The 2 cup holders are placed below the front of the armrests which for me are not usable as they are out of reach when I am sitting. There are 2 remote controls; 1 for the up and down function of the upper body and for raising and lowering of the leg rest. Operation is completely silent and smooth. Very nice! The 2nd remote controls the lumbar heat, the vibrating modes and timing. It is wonderful. I did have a problem when 1st received my chair but the company was quick to reply and fix the problem. DO NOT BUY After we received ours, we put it together and found out that the motor for the feet did not work. We tried troubleshooting a few things thinking it just wasn’t getting power and nothing worked. We tried contacting their customer service number which was out of service and we tried contacting them through Amazon, which gave the same phone number that was not in service. We requested a return and was told by the company that we had to pay the cost of shipping it back which would be hundreds and hundreds of dollars because of the weight. This is absolutely absurd as it has the 30 day return guarantee and is listed as a prime product. Now we are stuck with a $600 chair that doesn’t work. ... show more

Wow! This chair is awesome for the price. First, it came in three big boxes. The seat, the back and the arms. It was so simple to put together. The back and side pieces just slide into place. No screwing. I like that, however, if I need to move it, I can't pick it up by the back or arms or they will just come off. But, shouldn't need to do anything other than slide it around. The electrical components were all color-coded and very easily slipped together. I love how the back and the foot rest can be used/moved separately. I can sit completely upright and still put my feet up. It does motor very slowly, so it takes a few moments to go up and down. I don't currently need the lift assist, but it's there when or if I do. The seat is extra wide, and there is enough room for me and my pup. The fabric surprised me! It's very durable and soft. My favorite part is the massage settings. I can do my back or my legs or all of it. It does massage in the seat as well, but I find that kinda weird so I don't use that. My back loves the lumbar heat setting as well. I did a lot of searching in my local stores for a chair like this, but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. And when I did, it was over $1500 dollars!
