We got this for my mother in law because the one that was give to her by a friend finally gave up the ghost. So I picked 3 chairs out and told my wife to order one and she chose this one. It came quick and was easy to put together. I didn't find the instructions but others said it had instructions so maybe it was buried somewhere in there. The chair works good. The heat didn't seem to warm but it would be fine for elderly is seems. Older people seem to have more delicate skin so to much heat might not be good for them. It is a little tall for my mother in law but she's like 4 foot tall or something. The head of the chair will lean forward so if your laying back watching TV it will elevate your head just right. When I get to needing one of these I will probably pick this one. It also has cup holder that hide in the arms when not in use so that is really cool too. All in all I would highly recommend this chair. Oh did I say this is very comfortable too....

All boxes were received together and earlier than expected, which was nice. I think the instructions could be a bit more descriptive, but we managed to get the chair put together with no issues. It appears to be made well and looks very nice. Everything is in working order and it's super soft and comfortable. Overall, very pleased! Would recommend!🙂

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. however, it’s been less than 24hrs so I’ll edit in a few mos to add to the review. The chair is sturdy, the electronics all work smoothly, it’s very aesthetically pleasing for a lift recliner. Feels really supportive & the lift action seemed effortless. Directions could’ve been written better but still was assembled in 45 minutes or so. While assembling one half of a track was smashed. The track is where the arm adjoins/slides into the body of the chair. The smashed one in photo #2. Photo #3 is after hubby opened it up w some pliers & arm was successfully attached. It came in 3 huge boxes but it arrived a full week early! During the holidays even. Would repurchase.

I have had this recliner about 2 weeks and I am happy with it. It is very comfortable. Really like all the recliner's features. It looks like rustic brown leather. I have serious back problems after 20 years in the Army and this recliner makes my back feel better. My wife has a recliner that cost more than twice the price and we think it is a great buy for the price; I like this recliner a whole lot more than her high price. You can't find another recliner in a store that is as good for the price. I think it would cost at least $500-$700 more. Very easy to put together. The only down side is that the massage features are a little weak and I wish they had been more intense and stronger. It is so comfortable that almost every time I recline in it, it makes me want to go for a snooze cruise (nap). My recommendation to anyone is buy it as soon as possible.

This is my chair (85 and male). Overall, it gives the impression that it is well made, soldi construction and well padded. The moveable headrest eliminates the need for a pillow. The front lift makes getting up a little easier on this tired old body. All my other chairs were manual recline and that was fine when I was younger. But now fI love my electric chair, massage included. Would I buy another one. I did, for my wife.

I would have given 5 stars, but one of the feet was broken. The piece shown in the pics was all that was in the box. 🤷♀️ where the rest of it is. I have emailed the company, and am waiting for a reply. Over all, I like the chair. I like that the head rest is adjustable; very comfortable. It is not like a faux leather; more like faux suede. The seat is firm, like most lift chairs, but not uncomfortable. I like the “massage” and heat features. Keep in mine, this IS NOT a true massage chair; more like a vibrating chair. The point that is labeled lumbar hits more at the kidneys. It still feels good. There is only one heat point, a little higher than lumbar area, but it does radiate out some. Some reviewers complained of the vibrator being quite noisy, but I didn’t find it to be so bad. If I don’t get any satisfaction from the company regarding the round plastic foot, I’ll knock my review down a star or two, and maybe get a small piece of PVC and cut a ring to place on my furniture slide under the chair frame to keep it level. I can't imagine the company would want the negative publicity regarding their customer service by not sending a replacement foot. Update… Can’t seem to get ahold of the company for customer support. The phone disconnects as soon as it starts ringing. I sent an email, but it came back as undeliverable. What’s going on with this company? I’ve tried numerous times to get ahold of the company. A phone call did finally get answered, but by a company that works with people regarding Medicare options. None of the email attempts have garnered any answers.

Got this for our 300lb + special needs child over 6'. Was skeptical as it came in boxes, but found out most chairs even in stores come in boxes from factory. Sets up easy, controls are durable. Been running it everyday now for about 3 months no issues. Lifts no problem, and plenty of support. Spilled lots of foods including greasy things on the arms and they wipe up easy...seems to be stain resistant. Chair vibrates more than "messages", but strong and able to be felt....good for sensory calming. The material is fabric that looks like leather, but again seems to hold up and repel stains
