Ok so...I wanted reasonably priced barstools for my first apartment so not really looking for anything super luxurious. Found these and when I got them I had problems with the assembly. The directions have no words just pictures which are fine (im smart enough to follow directions) until I got the the "G" piece - it didn't really tell you where it went so i just left it out. When i went to put the screws in the holes they didn't like up with the holes in the stand and I was only able to get 3 to go in. When I finally somewhat had the chair together I tested out the hydraulics - the chair went up but would not go down! At that point I just had to send it back. Very disappointed - its simple instructions if it would have actually worked and the holes lined up but it doesn't - maybe i just had a faulty one. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

So everything was going smoothly until I got to step 3 letter G. The package gave me 3 washers, I guess in most cases an extra one would be useful if I lost one, but the fact that I only used 1 of the 3 is mind blowing. Not only were the instructions confusing but the holes under the seat and the stool did not line up. There's only 3 screws instead of four and one less washer. I paid full price for this design of a bar swivel chair and it's not completely put together. This is super aggitating.

We finally found the bar stools that matched all our needs (color, height). It is really comfortable and we ordered three. Few weeks in, 2 of the 3 stools started making some noise every time it swiveled. After some investigation, we saw that there is supposed to be a black plastic ring around the hydraulics. The ring across 2 of 3 stools had fallen down. This was causing the metals to rub against each other (picture shows the scratches caused). We have tried pushing the plastic ring back in with hands but after few days it keeps dropping down. We love the chairs and would love to keep it, only we knew how to fix this issue. If anyone knows, please let us know.

I have read a lot of other reviews on this stool and in my experience I did not have any of the same problems. I in fact liked this stool so much I came back and bought another one to have a matching set for my breakfast bar in my apartment. Things I love about these stools: Easy to clean, I Clorox wipe them down every night to get all the kid grease off them Adjustable height No more banging on my granite counter. since the chairs a cushion they do not chip the counter when banged from side to side they look great! No cons for me I think they are well worth the price. 10/10 recommend

It doesn’t make sense!!!! 100% sure there is missing parts the instructions is very little!! Return is not easy even keeping it as is is impossible it’s very expensive too this should worth maximum $50 !! I’m sorry but no horrible experience that Walmart.com is way cheaper but I will never get this design it’s horrible

I love that the height is adjustable to get me the most comfortable position at the table. I use this for soldering and assembly work at my bench. It's the most comfortable stool I've ever used, but I have to keep my feet on the footrest for that to happen. If I try to put my feet on the floor, the corners bite into my thighs. If I sat with a better posture, that probably wouldn't happen, but I'm me. The cushion looks and feels really nice, and having the back is a relief for long hours at the bench. I love that I can just spin on it, as that's something of a stress reliever for me. The assembly was very easy. It came with an allen wrench to screw the 4 bolts to the chair, and it even came with one extra. Everything else just slid together, and it works great. Overall a great stool. Highly recommended.
