We had been wanting a propane fire pit, but they were all so expensive. This was the only one we found under $300. It came flat and is a pretty heavy box. The assembly is not bad. There are a couple dozen screws. It will be easier if you have a second set of hands to hold things. We've used it a few times this winter. The heat output is what you would expect from a small fire. We're happy with the purchase. We needed to contact customer service and they were very responsive. We are also satisfied on that count.

This whole experience was very nice considering the table was damaged in shipping. Kevin took great care of trying to fix this situation but unfortunately we are not handy men and do not have the time to repair it. We are getting a full refund and were told to keep it. When ordering this table, stick with the metal top option as we chose the ceramic top and of course the shippers just slam these boxes down. Needless to say there is a lot of cracked ceramic. These tables are fantastic, our friends have one which prompted up to buy it, very sturdy and looks beautiful when lit.

Excellent product! We love it! I have added extra items such as the square glass and stones from our previous fire pit. It is cozy and very easy to assemble. The ceramic does not warm up so you can place your drinks or snacks around it. I highly recommend this fire table.

Everything but one completely satisfied me. The one disappointment was that the top ceramic tiles were sloppily put on. There are raised edges that could have been flat between tiles at the grout joints. This really disappointed my wife. I did not return because of extreme trouble to do so. The unit matched our furniture perfectly and we have learned to overlook the uneven tiles. We have still enjoyed it. I only used about half of the lava rock and covered it with Home Glow tempered fire glass (black w/mirrored finishes) which hides the lava rock. I works and looks great and makes you overlook the tile imperfections. Was tedious assembling.

I looked at many propane fire tables before deciding on this one. Happy to say I have no regrets - looks beautiful, easy to turn on and extremely solid. Couldn’t believe how heavy the box was. Assembled by two people took under an hour. Only con would be that it’s not as warm as we hoped but that’s winter in New England for you. Would recommend and buy again.

This fire pit is absolutely beautiful! 😍 It was easy to assemble, very sturdy, and made from high quality materials. It was packed very well to prevent any damage and delivered with care. The buttons make it easy to light and you can adjust the flames to suit your personal needs. It puts out great heat and the perfect amount of light for a relaxing evening on the patio. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND considering this one of you are in the market for a great addition to your outdoor setting.❤️ We couldn't be more pleased with our decision!

We received our 30" fire pit last week and loved it. It was easy to assemble and was surprised how much heat it put out. It is very sturdy and the slate tile on the top is very pretty. There was a couple small flaws but could not be happier with the way Camplux stepped up and helped with that. The communication with customer support was awesome. Would purchase from them again in the future.

Ok, first thing was 2 holes were not drilled so that the screws could be put in... simple enough to fix who cares. Second issue was the leaking propane so I sent an email telling them that it seems to be coming from the regulator, they didn't want to send me a new one (a whole $12 by the way) so Amazon did. Now I put the regulator on and that stopped leaking HOWEVER it is STILL leaking propane from the control know which means I still can't light it without EXPLODING. I've sent 3 additional emails and have yet to get any response AT ALL. I am about 2 days from just disputing the charge and telling them they can pick it up.
