    • Great
Work very well at keeping our awning anchored. We have had some windy days lately but these keep the awning secure. Very easy to install and easy to wrap up for storing.

    • Huge stress reliever
Idk why i thought the straps would be wider,, but I put them on my awning anyway. They work GREAT! It's been very windy lately and got these because I got tired of putting the awning up and down and worrying about the wind. Strong wind for 2 days now. Tree branches down etc but Awning, roller and bars 100% fine. Camper rocked more than the awning. Haha. Definitely worth the money and a must have for awnings. ... show more

    • Good anchor and spring...poor strap.
The springs are heavy duty. The anchors look to be plated with something to help with corrosion and they are good. My question is the straps. They seem light. And there is a snap installed in the strap about 4 inches from the end. There is no reference to the snap in the instructions. The snap fell out of the strap while removing the strap from the shipping bag which leaves a hole in the strap. This hole creates a weak spot for the strap to fail. I would not have purchased this kit had I seen the strap before I bought. I see why 90% of RV owners are using ratchet tie down straps picked up at flea markets. I plan on picking up a pair myself. ... show more

    • Highly Recommended
I have my awning out 24/7 in texas near dallas. We have very windy times in spring and have only retracted them a few times, a few for snow, but thats rare. These are awesome. They withstand the wind with ease. Sure i get noise from when the wind gets high, but they hold very well. Ive had it one time pull out the anchor, but i think it was not down all the way into the ground. Highly Recomended. ... show more

    • Easy to assemble and use
Easy to install and works great with the spring. The only problem I I had was using it on a gravel site as the anchor would not hold, so I used 5 gallon buckets of water. I am sure the anchors would be fine in a grassy area.

    • The anchors work great, straps not so much
Review Image by Autoteacher
The clips are thin metal, not strong at all. The straps we gave up and used a bungee (won last, cheap)and a tie down strap with good big hooks and crank. The price of $20 is good for the nice tie down anchors. We will use the straps elsewhere.
