Looks and works very well. Silent and relaxing. 6 months in, I did have a problem where the motor stopped. I contacted the company through Amazon and received a quick response and offer of a replacement. I received the replacement 3 days later. I am very happy with the timeliness and quality of response from the seller. I ended up taking the broken one apart just to see, and the pump is a nice quality brushless pump. There was a bit of foam (from the built in filter) lodged against the impeller. I removed the foam and reassembled and it works fine again. It looks nicely made inside and out. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This such a great item. My kids want fish but don’t want to take care of them so this is the perfect solution. We don’t put all the fish in so we can add more and pretend we bought some more. We don’t fill all the way with water because i don’t want it to get spilled but still works.     • Loved it So Much I Bought Two More!

My boyfriend bought this for me for Christmas last year. Not only do I love it, but so does everybody else who has seen it! As a matter of fact, I bought two more - one for each of my sisters - to give away as gifts. The constant motion of the little jellies and the fish look so real. They are fun to just sit and watch. I only have two minor issues with this. One is that the remote is pretty much worthless if you are any further away than a few feet from the tank. Not a big deal for me, because I don't use anything other than Power anyway, so I never even use the remote. For the audio or light functions, though, it'd be really nice if it had a bigger range. The other thing is that the jellyfishes' tentacles tend to get sucked into the pump regularly. When they do, the little guys are stuck trying to get away. Sometimes they can do it themselves and sometimes one of the fish will get up under him and try pushing from underneath. Usually, though, I have to use the metal hook to help get him free. Not a big deal, but it would be so much better if there was a screen or something over the intake so that this couldn't happen. Other than that, though, I cannot recommend this enough! I bought this back in 2019 . I loved it so much , I even bought one for my mom. It is relaxing to watch . To have a simple distraction from the seriousness of adulting or navigating through childhood. It was.very well constructed, no leaks , no noise . Sadly last week the motor stopped working and no more swimmingly jellies. I’m beyond bummed , I always had it on in our living room. I am impressed with how long it lasted though. The media could not be loaded. Great price for this product. Quality is good just got it, running it now to see how long it lasts. Size is bigger than the one I had but still able to be in the same spot as the other one. This one also has a remote control and my other one didn’t. So overall it is fun to play music on the speakers and/or listening to the sounds they have programmed into this device, and as for the brightness of it I say it’s great do to the fact that when the video was taken it was light in the room. I purchased this product on July 31st. I just started using it two weeks ago. It was so pretty and cool and was working fine. I turned it on yesterday and it did not work. I switched outlets and checked the cords and it still wouldn’t work. Today I put batteries in it and it started to work, but no bubbles. About an hour later I went to my desk and it was no longer working. I should have used it when I first purchased it so that I could return it. The media could not be loaded. I really like this for my office. However I got it today and set it up. The jelly fish get stuck. I am not sure if there's some trick I dont know about, but they dont move at all, they get stuck in the corner. Otherwise its a good addition to my office.
