The media could not be loaded. Yesterday we received the mattress. Be prepared for it to be very heavy in the package. It opens easily, and comes with a special knife to cut the mattress protector. About the mattress itself: Medium firmness, more softness in it. Nice fabric top cover. Ideal height. 12 inches. You can't feel the springs. I think it's a good mattress for the money. I want to buy a mattress topper for even more comfort. I hope my review was helpful.

Just got this but so far it’s great! The mattress is firm enough to give me the support I need but still soft enough for my husband’s preference. For once I woke up not feeling like I’d been in a cage match the night before. And my husband, who snored pretty good with the old mattress; didn’t make a peep and slept soundly all night.

I have CFS and sleep easily up to 18 hours a day, so it was important that my new mattress have good support and be durable. I didn't expect vert much since this one was so affordable. I can honestly say I am blown away. It was so fun and easy to set up since it literally inflated like a balloon and it's perfect for my back pain. I've recommended this one to all of my friends and family and can't say enough good things about it! Also, my 2 big dogs approve too.

This product fits the bid. The soft plush feeling of the top foam, and the silent ness of the springs inside the mattress really do it justice. Didn't take long to open and expand either. We followed all the instructions for properly and safely opening the mattress, and had no issues.

I got this mattress on sale and thought I had an awesome deal. It was packaged well and was easy to unwrap and lay on my box springs. The manufacture recommends 72 hours for full expansion. I would say it took a good 1 week for full expansion. My main gripe with the mattress is that it is way too soft. The rating says medium firm, but that was not my experience. Unfortunately, due to the softness, I began having back pains from the mattress. I have never had back pains before and once I stopped using this mattress, my back pains resolved. I really wanted to like this mattress since it was such a great value. However, it is not worth my discomfort so I will be returning it back to Amazon.
