    • It steams the milk fast, everything else is ehh
I bought this machine about 2 weeks ago and it's already giving me problems. From day 1, I couldn't connect it to my phone with the app after countless times trying. I haven't tried the grinder until the other day because I wanted to use my ground beans before I bought whole beans for this. It doesn't grind at all. I've tried everything. I've watched videos about fixing the grinder and it just doesn't work. I was also a barista for 7 years and I know my way around an espresso machine, this one is just faulty. I can say my first attempt was at first a failure but followed by a successful cappuccino. I'm using decaf caramel beans and I ground a double shot. Then I tamped it down but apparently too much as my first attempt a making espresso all four buttons blinked indicating that the pressure was too high. I pulled out the grounds and ran a knife through them and then tamped it down again but less firmly. Second attempt at a double espresso worked like a charm. I had already watched several youtube videos on making milk foam so I had an idea of what I was doing. Using whole milk for foaming was a success and my first cappuccino was great. There was water in the bottom of the drip tray just like the instructions said there would be, so I dumped it out and that was the cleanup. Easy. I'll update after a month or two but I'm pleased with it so far. ... show more

    • Not worth the money
While the machine looks pretty, but doesn’t work very well. Have only had this machine for 5 months and have already had to have bean hopper replaced. Machine still won’t work as beans are still getting clogged in hopper. Don’t waste your money. I am so disappointed.
