You put the beans in press a button and you have amazing espresso! I just wish I could’ve got the white one but the silver one was on such a great sale I couldn’t justify the difference for a white machine. Again this is the best thing you will ever buy if your on the edge don’t miss out it’s well worth any penny and these people that say the machine is made cheap and that it breaks are all wrong. They just don’t follow the instructions you can’t use dark beans because of the extra oils but trust me it’s a sacrifice worth making to have such an easy experience making espresso at the press of a button. I bought this ridiculously expensive coffee machine and have tried for five months to get it to work on a consistent basis. All it’s ever done is waste my beautiful coffee beans and “not do it’s job.” I loved the design, but unfortunately that’s all it has going for it. I’m DONE trying to keep it. Sending back to the company to fix, then giving it to my granddaughter. I replaced this POS with a wonderful Gaggia machine (not from Amazon). Sorry Amazon ….. maybe you should have tested this company out? I’ve never had more trouble from a beautifully designed machine that never works properly and wastes beautiful coffee beans constantly. Wish I had sent it back to you immediately- and it’s possible their quality control is not consistent, and some other machines work well. I have tried everything for several months but now I’ve moved on. ... show more

Great product. At first, I couldn't make the machine to work. It kept saying add water. I took the white cap in the water tank off. Since then, it worked really well. There was no instruction of taking the white cap off but it was the only way it could make it to work...enjoy...

The media could not be loaded. I've been making espressos for more than a month. I found some pros and cons. Pros Small size, perfect for dorm or small office. Easy to use, easy to clean. Makes coffee quickly. It takes less than a minute after rinsing. Cons Bean hopper designed not great. You need to stir beans into the grinder often. Otherwise you'll get message. Small water tank. Watery puck. As you see from the photo it produces wet pucks and sometimes it stuck inside. Even though I like this espresso machine a lot. I tried to use different beans and it's been pleasure to make coffees, steam the milk and clean the machine every day. I haven't deep cleaned yet but will do soon. ... show more

I liked the looks of this coffee maker and it would have been a keeper except I didn't like having to use an app on my phone to program it and I could never get the coffee hot enough. I drink it fairly quickly once its made an it got cold quickly. I ended up returning it

I purchased this product because of its small footprint. The machine brewed average at best espresso lasting only 3 months before it malfunctioned. Disappointing but the customer service experience was even worse. After jumping through numerous hoops GE agreed to warranty the machine. I sent the old machine in on 4-22-24. I am STILL waiting for my replacement. I am writing this review while on hold with GE customer support with little resolution. Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase this machine, your time is worth more. ... show more
