Downsizing from a 38ft ClassA motorhome to a Ford Transit camper van. Needed something small & stackable to conserve space & removable handles. This set is attractive & a nice weight. I haven't cooked it them yet, that will be my final answer. A good value for the money. The lids are very nice & functional. Love the silicone trivets to place between pans & the plastic lids to store in the fridge really made this set stand out, along with 2 handles not just one. They heat evenly, love the look, and the cleaning is so easy!!! I love the storage/hrat pads that came with. Being able to take the handle off while cooking is not only safe for little ones around, but it makes more room on the stove also!

I thought it would be cool and easy to have pans without handles attached but the pans aren't heavy enough to be used without the handles. Its hard to stir food around because they don't have any leverage. They scratch very easily and stain easily too. The handles are a pain because they can't get wet which means you have to be extra cautious when cooking as if not to have to wash the handles. Since you can't cook with the handles on the pans because they can't get hot, when you need to use the lids, any sauce splatters out of the large hole where the handle needs to be attached. And you can't use any heat higher than the number 6 or 7 setting on the stove, and it says its oven safe but seeing as they can't handle high heat on the stove, I am not sure I trust them to go in the oven. And you aren't supposed to leave food in them longer than it takes for the food to cool down because the instructions say it could damage the coating so the lids they come with so they can be put in the fridge with leftovers is pretty much useless.
