Very easy to finish the assembly. Pedal assist (PA) is such a bonus. PA 1-3 is great if you still want feel your legs burn, while PA 4/5 is for higher speed cruising. I use the throttle for crossing intersections. It is amazing how quickly I get to 28 mph. The luggage rack , back seat is robust. I was disappointed to read the battery should not be used above 104 degrees, (Boise ,Id does get hotter than that for a few weeks in the summer. Realistically , I'll be in an AC car in those temps. I regret this purchase. I paid $700+ and the bike arrived with a defective part. After multiple messages, the seller issued a “replacement” with tracking numbers that have shown no updates since the labels were created. It’s now been about a month with a broken bike and no workable resolution or compensation. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming experience. My mother is 5' and she finds it too high for her to ride, I just persuade her to use it because I don't find returning is simple. I had to look up carefully before buying, this bike says that it is for people from 4'7 up, turns out it is not, very unsafe for short people. There is no bike mirrors, no baskets as it said. The bike lock was sent later than the bike. The bike battery is good but riding it is shaking. Not recommend. ... show more
