    • Packs Lots of Power, Has Nice Features, But Disappointed It Comes With No Storage Case
From a power point of view, this one is up there with the best of small jump start batteries, which can range from as low as 1600A, which is only for small engines, to typical 3000-3500A most others have, and OK for bigger engines. But for really big engines and especially diesels, this 4500A is what you should have. Besides the power, I also like having a digital display of charge percentage, not just three or four lit dots. I want to know if it is 100% fully charged or not. And as time goes by, is it starting to loose capacity - maybe not able to charge to 100%, so a sign it may be getting weak and time to shop for a replacement. As you might guess, it isn't exactly lightweight. But that's part of packing this much power. As the amps go up, so does the size and weight. It doesn't bother me, but just so you know. Also, the jumper are pretty short, so you have to set it right next to the battery to connect. If your car has one of those batteries buried under a seat as some do, your owner's manual should identify where to connect instead. But hopefully 12+ and ground posts aren't very far from each other. The biggest disappointment is that, for this hefty price which is mostly justified by the 4500A rating, it does NOT include a carry/storage case! I have others (I now keep one in every vehicle we own, including motorcycles), and only one other didn't include a case. But it also is only 2000A and didn't cost near what this one does. I think not providing a storage case is a major oversight, and more so when paying this much. It also has all the usual features: LED flashlight, USB ports, and multiple fault protections. So all else is good except that missing case. For that, I give it four stars. But I'd have done five if they had included a nice sturdy storage case like nearly every other jump start battery vendor does, even ones selling for way less money. ... show more

    • Lightweight and cheaper than one tow visit
I got a Noco 1000A jump pack in the spring and got a chance to use it a few weeks ago to jump someone in the parking lot at work. We were both impressed that the little thing did the job. Hence I want to get more of these and put them in my other cars. This unit feels similar in build to the Noco, but with a less slick interface (lights/buttons). I have no way of knowing if this really has 4500A so I plan to keep jumper cables in my car for a while. Just like the Noco, this didn't come with a case or even a bag. A basic case for (example) a Nintendo Switch works well for this - just something to keep the cables and charger cord handy. Also keep in mind the cables on this unit are pretty short - around 9"-10" when I think double that would be more practical. For the car I have it in I know they are long enough, but some have a negative post very far from the battery which could make use a bit harder. ... show more

    • Nearly perfect, emergency, portable, car jump starter/power bank with LED flashlight.
With the recent heat waves around the world, it's necessary to have a good, portable, jump starter for overheated, weak/dying car batteries. I selected this one by BvvCee to supplement another jump starter for my other vehicles. Sure, I can call up AAA to jumpstart a weak battery but that'll take 30-40 minutes for them to arrive. It's better to be self-sufficient and be on my way. Pros: Lightweight (~1lb. 0.9oz), and portable dimensions (7.25" x 3.5" x 1.5") is convenient to store on any vehicle. Includes USB-A to USB-C (~3 ft.) charging cable and the jumper cables. 100% charged right out of the box. Large LED displays the power %, in or out. Strong peak output current of 4500 Amps with 22000mAh capacity should be able to jump start vehicles multiple times and provide good power bank functions. Much better than my other sample jump starter with a mere 1500 Amps peak output current and 18000mAh that was barely able to jump start my vehicle a consecutive 3 times as I was running errands and going to the auto parts store. Ports: 1 Jumper cable port, 2 USB-A output ports (5V/2.1A, 5V/3A), and 1 USB-C input/charging (5V/3A). Fairly bright 3 LEDs flashlight. Slight shortcomings: Rather short jump start cable ~10' (+), ~8" (-) clamps meaning the portable jump starter will be right up next to the weak/dead battery. $82.49 (after 45% off coupon on Sept. 25, 2023) is rather pricey for jump starter with average quality materials and construction, but worth it for peace of mind.     • Wish it had a case
We have another brand similar to this one. There aren’t many differences other than the look and it’s slightly more powerful. However, for the price, this should come with a case to store it. I placed it in a baggie but it works well. The lights are bright and the excellent part of devices like these is the ability to use it as a charging station. These are like the length of an iPad mini and the width is skinnier. It works well! ... show more

    • Lightweight portable vehicle jump starter/power bank/flashlight
This is a great device to keep in your car for emergency car starts, as you never know when a car battery might fail. It's small and lightweight, so very easy to store in your trunk or other area of your vehicle. It also functions as a power bank, so you can power your electronic devices when away from a standard power source. In addition, it has a handy LED flashlight, which can be useful on it's own or when jump starting your vehicle in low light conditions. We've had a few close calls in the recent past when trying to start the car in the morning during freezing conditions (on a ski trip), so I'll be glad to have this car starter with us on future trips. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include a case, as the detachable jumper cables could easily be separated from the device or misplaced.
