One of things that I appreciate about the company is customer service which makes the company stand out. They read my review and corrected the issue I had. The product is durable and is storing 12 bins. Definitely durable piece. It not a quick assemble. Took about 2 hours for one man. A couple pieces were bent which caused us to have to manipulate a shelf. Nice addition included the gloves and mallet. But we used a drill for screws. It tall and roomy I can fit 2 bins on the top shelf up to garage ceiling. 3.5 stars because it was bent and the assembly. ... show more

The shelf itself is fine, but it seems they sent me a returned item. Almost all the metal parts were bent around the connecting pegs, or missing paint, or both. The previous buyer apparently had a hard time disassembling and went to town on it with the hammer. Or maybe the QC is just terrible. So assembly was a pain due to the defects. But I managed to bend the parts close enough back into shape, threw it in a closet, and it's doing its job. (To their credit, the seller did reach out in response to this review to offer a return or exchange. But since I managed to get the item assembled in the end, it's not worth the trouble to me.) ... show more

I've purchased similar shelving in the past. These are better than before because they've added a center support under the shelves that increases the strength. My only complaint is how long it took for delivery. Date was pushed back twice by a day each time.

Pleased with this purchase. Some labeling on parts may have been helpful but we put together easily nonetheless. 2 of the legs seemed to have got joined together in shipping and were very difficult to pry apart. Maybe a little more care in packing would solve this problem. Altogether, though, a really nice, sturdy garage storage cabinet which holds a lot and whose shelves can be adjusted to fit whatever your need is. ... show more
