This little unit is impressive - It includes charging cable (which uses USB-C to charge - very popular and inexpensive), sturdy set of battery connection cables / clamps, and user manual. USB charging ports (for Laptops, Tablets, Phones, or whatever you may need to charge in the absence of another source of power) has a Flashing emergency light, A Work Light. The thing works like a champ. You can throw it in the seat and take it with you - I know when I jump start a car I'm always worried it will cut off, and without anyone with me, I won't have a way to get it re-started. - With this unit - it's in the seat beside you - so yeah, go ahead and cut off at the store or gas pump - doesn't matter - I'm prepared and ready. Great for independent persons, hunters (in the woods alone) -- travel, kids, (you can't hook it up backwards - well, you can... and it's small - I'd guess it weighs less than a half gallon of milk, and it about the size of a large Cell phone. That's It ! Great little unit - Extremely pleased ! So I somehow left my interior dome lights on and when I went to start the car it start right off. I highly recommend this charger as it's easy to use and, most importantly, the company stands behind it 100 %. I'm attempting to drive more and hopefully it will be a long time before I have to use it, but just knowing it's in the car is peace of mind from being stranded. what a terrific idea to have in Your trunk. The first time I needed to use it, it was very easy to use ( I did have some one else with me to start the ignition when I told them to) but it immediately worked the first time it was needed. I have used it again without recharging and had the exact same result. Now buying another one for second vehicle. The LED flashlight/strobe light/SOS light works really well too and the fact that you can charge devices on this as well is a bonus that I may have to use during hurricane season if we lose power. I remember the old jump pack. They weighed a ton, were hard to carry and maneuver, and charging was a pain. I have owned a few of these through the years. I test each one and then give the old one to a family member. Why? Because it is the best gift you can give. This thing will save you, your friend, your family from sitting in a cold dark parking lot, waiting for road side assistance. They are easy to use, fit in your center console, they can charge your phone, tablet, and jump your car several times in one charge. This device is as important as any other roadside emergency kit. This particular device, does its job and does it well. Providing a flashlight, emergency light, and a power pack. The manufacturer is very reliable and the device works well. I jumpstarted my mower, my friends mower, and my car with it. All in one charge. The most important part is, the price point. Many of the name brands run $80 to $100 dollars, this one is much more affordable. A name brand is just a name, the fact is, this is a simple device to make, it is a batter, charge ports and some cables. So the price does not equate to quality. In fact this device has one thing really going strong for it, simplicity. No fancy gages that can break, or LED displays that raise cost but do not provide value. An issue with my ignition left me with a consistent slow drain on my battery which eventually led to the battery not even charging enough for the vehicle to start again after a long drive. This little thing got me going for dozens and dozens of instances before I finally got tired of popping the hood to start my vehicle. This is my second purchase, of course a gift for a friend. I suggested to my friend and told him, same line in my title.. and he was like can you buy this for me? I want my wife to have this in her car also. When I gave him this as a gift, 2 other ladies were watching and questioned and I gave them a demo of this tool. One of them was like I have to give my daughter a gift on her birthday, and she also ordered it right there and then. Very very useful to have it in anybodies car. I charged it one time and after a year, I helped another friend who was working to get a jump on his car. Car was started within 20 seconds and he was surprised that this small unit has so much power in it. What else can I say..This is a must have tool. My Honda battery is either bad or my charger doesn't charge the battery my car uses for AC so this has come in handy a lot. It is very quick and easy, the plastic piece that connects to the jumpers will beep very loudly if there is a bad contact or something so just disconnect it from both the car and jumper battery and try again. I have used the wireless charging aspect of this and to be honest its not the best. You have to place the phone on the battery just right so it will charge. The charging pad is plastic so my phone just slides or moves a lot so I can't charge it reliably. Over all this is a good jumper battery and is serving me well. I am giving it 5 stars as its has not failed me yet in the 7 months I've owned it. If you do have a lot of battery issues I recommend getting a backup battery just in case this one does fail. I plan on getting a second one that has a built-in air compressor in case I get a flat. ... show more
