Let me tell you, i'm an avid amazon shopper and typically it is very difficult to get ahold of the sellers when there are issues, i usually have to deal with Amazon instead, and that is a lot more difficult especially when it involves replacements. I had received my item with a little damage on the mount where the fan was attached to the lighting, it made it unusable and was not easily repairable which really sucked because it's been very hot these days as you all know! Amazon had sent out a replacement that was to arrive in just 2 days, but for some reason it was lost during transport (and still is! it's been nearly 2 weeks), but upon this i sent a message to JPLAN and I was able to get a quick response from this seller, JPLAN, within a few HOURS!!!! they had heard my issue and was able to have another replacement sent out directly to me that arrives much sooner than expected!! Now that i've been able to setup the fan I LOVE IT!!!! it's so awesome and i've convinced a few friends to purchase it as well!! and NO i did not receive this item in exchange for a item, i purchased this with my OWN money so this is an honest and genuine review, these guys are absolutely great and i WILL be buying more in the future!! We bought this fan/light for installation in our laundry room. We wanted the enclosed fan, and low profile, and this fan/light is just that. It has a unique style that we thought would work well, and it does. The light output is very good, and is dimmable as well as you can change the light temperature. The fan has good output and at lower setting is very quiet. As you turn the fan up the wind noise is predictably a bit more, but still not a problem. We had it installed for about a month when the unit just stopped working. I reached out and the company was very responsive. ultimately parts had to be shipped from China, but the replacement was easy to install, and the unit is working great again. Product came damaged. I returned and ordered a replacement. The replacement also came damaged. I would have returned the second one, but i needed it and didn't trust the next one to not come damaged. Cannot find a fandelier as pretty, so I just kept it. Alot of this looks like damage when being assembled where it is made. The photos of the denting are the original that the seller replaced. But the fine scratching on the gray area appears on the original and the replacement. But was not a deal breaker for me since no one is really staring up at the light. Especially while it's on since it would be a little blinding considering it's LED The fan itself works great. Alot of string airflow with multiple fan speeds. The lights are very bright. Have a few different temperatures and brightness. The controller is a little wonky. It's basically like the size of a fire stick controller. And the buttons click nicely and everything, but the controller only works on one side of the room to turn on the light/fan. Once it's on, the remote may or may not work from around it. Just depends on the fans mood, I suppose... If you have only the fan on and turn off the light switch, the light will flash on and beep before it turns off, which could disturb a sleeping person. Despite all these things, the look of the fan is beautiful and you can't see the scratching damage very well when it's hanging from the ceiling or on. ... show more

Installation was a little challenging. Not a 1 person job, but the fan and light are great. Our bedroom is very large and we can feel the fan all over the room. We love the light feature. 3 different tones and you can raise and lower each tone to your desired warmth.
