Burton is the only brand of snowboard gear I’ve found that has actually cute styles that fit plus-sized people. I typically wear a size 16 but I also snowboard frequently in the winter. Finding cute outerwear has always been a nightmare. This jacket was BEYOND my expectations. It is nice and long— completely covering my butt, and was still roomy enough to fit a hoodie underneath. And wow was it WARM!!!! The insulation on it is NO joke. It will keep you warm in negative temps for sure. Lots of pockets for stuff and it has wrist gaitors which is a must for me. I may just buy this exact jacket over and over.

Purchased the Martini Olive Terra Camoin a size small. I think it would be more feminine if the print was smaller. I'm a size 6, 5'5" 135lbs so I would say this was true to size. I like that the neck is lined with fleece and that it has so many pockets. I can't review based on use as I am returning after trying on, for 2 reasons: This looks better on the model; it's not really cinched at the waist and has a boxy straight cut. There are no pockets on the side to tuck your hands into. The front pockets are awkwardly placed if you want to put your hands in to keep them warm. The pockets aren't lined.

This is a real review, I don’t usually write them: SO cute and comfortable!! I love how long it is, gives great coverage for falling in deep drifts. I did a few times, and never once got snowy or wet. I waited until after a trip to CO to write this, 100% recommend this jacket. All I wore under was a GATR, bib, and long sleeve, no further layers necessary unless it’s extreme cold. This handled 10-20 degrees easily, I had to actually stop and strip layers to cool off. I believe it could definitely handle below 0, maybe with one more later. Highly recommend for snowboarding, the length is perfect but very long if you prefer. Pic included! I got a small and it’s perfect, might be a little snug if more layers are necessary. My build is a bit slim, dense/muscular.

OK, so I don't ski or snowboard. But I'm a teacher and this is the best coat I've ever had for standing outside on recess duty in all kinds of weather. First, the length is great for keeping you dry and warm. And the amount of pockets and placement of the pockets is amazing. Everything is pretty much right where I need it, all zippered and secure. I personally like the thumb holes on the sleeves, too. And the hood is the correct size too; sometimes I find that hoods are too big and I can't see around me when my hood is up. But this coat checks all the boxes. Highly recommend.

Bought this for upcoming ski trip. I’m 5’3” and weigh 145# and medium fits perfectly. I do wish that there was a more accessible pocket on the outside - only has two pockets with Velcro and zipper so would take a little longer to access.

I wanted a longer coat for snowboarding. I had the same black ski coat for the past 12 years and it felt uncomfortable and always rode up. This new Burton jacket is great! I love all the pockets, especially the little “ski pass” pocket at the top. The two front pockets are excellent for cellphone as they have a zip close with a snap button flap on top. We’ll made, super warm and washes great. Highly recommend.

This coat is great for keeping you warm. The coat is a little too straight for my likings though. I had to tighten the waist up a bit for my comfort. I also would have liked the pockets to open on the side instead of the tops. You can't put your hands in your pockets comfortably.
