It is rather big I wish for the $50 it came with a little travel pack and more than one head ((make sure you are cleaning your brushes in peroxide at least twice a month)). We bought this toothbrush based on a recommendation from our dentist... we have now purchased 2 of them, plus additional brushes. After experiencing a deep cleaning at my latest dental appointment, I figured it was time to listen to my dentist. I'm not one who flosses and I was told my gums were pushing up and that I should switch from my normal brush to the Burst brush (to help maintain the health of my gums). My wife swears by the brush, and now that I'm using it, I do also. It is gentle on the gums and it cleans my teeth. The unit holds its charge well and re-charges very quickly. It has 3 speeds settings which allows the user (me) to have a choice as to the power necessary. The brushes are designed in a way that they actually get into the little crevasses in my tooth/gum line that my dental hygienist digs into every 6 months or so. The second unit we purchased is for one of our adult daughters and plan to purchase a third for another of our daughters. The additional brushes... my wife and I use the same unit, so we needed the additional brushes, plus like any toothbrush, the brushes eventually will wear out.

I have never used an electric toothbrush before but after using this one I will never go back to a regular one. I have noticed how much cleaner my teeth look and feel after one use of this toothbrush. I also really love that it comes with different modes and it times you on the proper time you should spend on brushing your teeth and in certain areas. If you are looking for a first time electric toothbrush, burst is the best!

I was told I need a better toothbrush with flossing heads and was told by my dentist to work on brush on my gum line. I found this toothbrush had the perfect head with flossing head to reach my gum line. Very fast charging and has 3 settings and also very cute ! I love it I also got the water flossing which has gotten left over gunk my string floss didn't get.

Really feel like my teeth are in amazing shape because of this toothbrush. The bristles are amazing and are the perfect way to clean my teeth properly. The color is pretty and lasts a long time.
