Loved it, easy to carry, I used both the handle and the shoulder strap. Its light weight but can hold a heavy cat (15lbs.) and they still have room to stand and move around. Meowlin Monroe (name given by previous owner) is a gorgeous lady and a very unusual one in that she loved her old hard shelled crate and was perfectly content to stay quietly in her crate by my friend when he would bring her to social events that we hold at a non-profit we run. The crate is heavy though so I helped find and send for the new carrier. It is such an upgrade and Meowlin loves it. The screening on all sides and top are very sturdy, give great air flow in warmer situations and lets the kitty see all around her as she sits and observes things with interest. I'm a cat owner too and I have never known a cat to be so willing to stay in a carrier without at least some complaint about their desperate situations...okay, maybe I'm raising my cats wrong, but this is rare to me :) My friend uses a walker for mobility and this carrier makes it much easier to be able to bring his 'girl' along to delight all of us who get to basque in her presence :) ... show more

generally pleased and will use. i thought it might be a bit bigger. the sturdy base is a good feature. the sides are flexible and won't stay up if any pressure applied. maybe this is good for fitting it in tighter spaces. we have pretty big cat (<15lb) and he fills the space pretty well. definitely wouldn't put a heavier cat or 2 cats in there. ... show more

Nicely made soft carrier. Folds flat for storage. I recommend keeping the bag out came in for when/if you store the bag in between uses. First use was for bringing my 2 rescue kittens home. I left the carrier open and available so they can use it as a safe area for a couple of days. I plan on using it only for vet visits so it is perfect for that plus the added features it has. So for someone who would use it more frequently I don't know how it would be. I highly recommend carrier for the occasional use like I plan on using it. ... show more
