I love this! I have had several car accidents, so I have a lot of back pain and back issues, so I have a hard time doing a lot of exercises. This device helps me stretch my back and shoulders and has simple exercises that you can do with it. I am able to do all of them! I am so happy! The stretch feels so so so good!!! At first I did not realize that the arms extend, so I had some difficulty, but once I realized that I can extend them, everything was great! Definitely recommend!!

I read a lot of reviews, because I wanted to get one that would last & thought I wanted a wooden one since it was a lower price. I feel I buy too many gadgets for my back & I didn’t want to overpay, so the light green pretty mint stick by Bodytree was my choice & we love it. It can hang in a convenient location with its loop & we can reach for it to get daily use & both my husband & I feel it is sturdy & strong enough to not bend. The handles are soft & comfortable on my arms, I noticed the difference the third time I used it. My chest & back feel flexible after I use the yogo cross stick & when I just see the stick, I tend to correct my posture instantly was I walk by it

This thing is made of metal broom handles, took it out of the box, gave it a try, immediately bent the thing and broke it. Do not buy this garbage, immediately getting my refund.

I really love seeing products like this come out, and how important they are for people who really are looking to better themselves and their posture. Tools like this do more than that , they help strengthen muscles that may have gone weak and over stretched from bad posture, it can eventually help lead to muscle strengthening that can help lessen falls, fractures and chronic pain issues down the line. This tool helps develop mindfulness to the posture , it’s the perfect beginners tool. I enjoyed how easy it is to use, and the directions also were simple and easy.

I was happy to try the bar. I wish it had straps or something to hold in place. While using this bar, you’re not able to use your arms or hands for anything else. I get the idea but didn’t work for me. I need a stick to wrap my head, torso and hips to. Then I’ll straighten out
