Update: It looks like my original jack was just part of a bad batch. Bunker reached out promptly to make things right and sent a full replacement setup. The customer service was amazing! The new jack works flawlessly, and I’m thoroughly impressed with it! It offers incredible lifting power and range while remaining extremely compact. In fact, it’s one of the few jacks I’ve found that can actually lift my Jeep Gladiator while still tucking away neatly under the rear seat, saving precious cab and bed space. I’d highly recommend this bottle jack! Super disappointed! The Jack had huge potential. It stows small, lifts like a beast and looks great! Unfortunately after a month and a total of 3 uses it failed. Hydraulic fluid spewed from the gold ring seal at the top of the jack.

Received this the other day. I'm impressed! It's very well made. I gave the Jack Mate a test to see how well it worked with my wheels. It was the main reason I bought this jack instead of another. It works very well if you need to lift one wheel so you can put something under it. If your tires are much larger that 33" you'll need to put something under the jack. The entire package is very well thought out. The carry bag is big enough without being excessive. It has loops for a carry strap, which isn't included and probably not needed by most. There's no pouch for the instructions. There is a place for them, but they won't fit. A minor issue. mtnhrdgr2 mentioned an adapter to connect the round base to the jack without having to use the extension tube. BUNKER INDUST has made the adapter part of the kit. One was included with mine in a small pouch. I think it shows an incredible responsiveness to customer needs and suggestions. Highly recommended over a farm jack.

I saw some YouTube reviews of this product and thought it would fit my needs, what surprised me was how nice it is. My flatbed camper and truck weigh ~11,000 pounds and this jack lifted it with ease. Just as important the release was smooth and predictable. The swivel base is actually very well engineered but it requires the use of a post between it and the jack, the problem with that is that the assembly is then too long to fit under the axle (even with 37 inch tires). To fit under the axle you need to but the jack directly on the ground, or as I did, use a piece of 2x8 to set it on and keep it out of the mud. Otherwise a fantastic buy.

Great for trucks with alot of suspension travel. Expensive but really nice. This replaced a leaky bottle jack. It is lighter, way more versatile and leak free.

Love the idea. Technical and business execution deeply flawed. Does not mount squarely to base plate {see photo). This is a simple thing, so it calls into question the rest of the build. Called the number that Amazon provided for product support and got what sounded like some guy's personal voicemail--no mention of Bunker Industries. Left a message and got zero response in after waiting three days. This almost certainly means there is no real warranty support. Returning item. Looking for alternative.

This Jack requires a minimum of 12inches but to be able to fit under something that low, you have to take off the solid black base. Problem with that is once the vehicle’s weight is on the Jack, that cylindrical jack will sink into the dirt (not to mention ruin the finish in the bottom of the jack or worse - mess up the threads where the extension tube and adapter connects to). As-is, the only way to attach the solid round base is to use the black extension tube, which makes the height about 20.5inches, so no way to fit it under the frame rail of my pick up truck (and most other vehicles). Emailed their customer service. Asked them if they had an adapter to connect the round base to the jack without having to use the extension tube. Surprised me…they got to designing one with their manufacturer. About 6 weeks later, they mailed me the adapter (silver adapter in the pics) free of charge!! It looks like it was created from a chunk of aluminum. It is beefy. Anyways, that’s is one heckuva customer service response. That was awesome. Thank you!! I assume they will sell this or maybe include it but I don’t know. That’s just my assumption. The jack and all the included items fit into the 12inch tool bag that the kit came with. Tested all of it out in the driveway. Nice and solid. Time to go to the trail to test them out. Will update my review once I get to test it out on dirt/trails. So far am very happy with both the product and their customer service.
