This beautiful watch definitely makes a statement with the diamond surrounding the face, the golden hour markers, tiny inside minute dial, date face.. This is a solid and heavy watch. I have fairly small but not tiny wrists and the face of this almost takes up my entire wrist. The deep blue croco band is securely attached and has the updated closing, locking in place clasp..this is not going to fall off. The thing is that if you had to adjust it any further (making smaller) you might have too much leftover band sticking out from the hold down loop..even with the second hold down sliding loop...just mentioning in case :) One more thing!! Inside the beautiful presentation box you have a pamphlet that states Setting Instructions & Warranty Information. Unfortunately, you open and it tells you to go to website! G's ppl..couldn't we just have a couple bullet points for all this money? ... show more

I gave this to my wife as a gift and she absolutely loves it. There was some initial trouble working to get the band fitted to the right size to make it easy to put on and take off. The included clasp means you need to determine the size BEFORE putting it on the wrist. It also took a couple of tries to get a hang of which side of the clasp to fold in first. But after a minute it became second nature and she loves the fit. The watch face is slightly larger than she's used to with other watches but she really likes the look and style. It's still small enough to not overwhelm her arm. The aesthetics of the watch face are very nice and make a good impression. The first night she had it she was also excited to find that the watch face has glow in the dark elements to check the time in the dark. A simple feature but one that made her smile. I wanted this for my oldest girl's upcoming birthday. She shares my love of nice watches and this is extremely nice. Blue is her favorite color and the watch band is a rather bright blue. A leather band I find makes for the best band as it does not pull on the arm hairs, at least that's true for myself. The watch face is easy to read and not one of those mini faces as often seen with women's watches. This one says "class" and that fits my girl to a tee. ... show more

This watch’s design calls attention to its being made. The face has some subtlety, with nacre-appearing inlay, the Bulova tuning fork design element incorporated into the “12”-positioned pip, and the soft rose-gold accents of the hands and pips. The ring of diamonds around the crystal, however, suggests a luxury that contrasts with the exposed screwheads positioned around and inside the crystal. Beautiful watch. It's elegant and classy. Because of the leather band and silver tones it can also be worn casual. I have a small wrist, the face is slightly larger and the watch is comfortable.

Im a collector of Bulova and this is a recommendation as well as an endorsement. The feel is a bit heavy but you get used to it. Quality does weigh more. Keeps time as well as elegant on the wrist. Leather band not my choice but it has held up well.
