This stove is extremely sturdy. Fantastic build quality. Wonderful control, cooks fast and looks really cool. However, It is heavy and unsuitable for backpacking. Extremely wasteful with gas (the smaller stoves need 3-5 times less gas to boil the same amount of water). It is also not that windproof - while using it with slightly windy conditions the flame was blowing everywhere and anywhere but the pot which was on it. Perhaps this is more suitable for larger pots, while car camping with at least 5 people and more.

The media could not be loaded. This thing seems like a great value for the money. Comes with a nice little case and it's pretty well built. I like the piezo ignitor and love the longer attachment hose (probably 30"?) well designed, adjustable air ports (carburetor) so that it's easy to adapt to high elevations (on camp gas) or I can use it for my river raft trips with a tiny 5lb propane tank and crank the jets closed and get serious heat on the side of a river in a thunderstorm (something i've been looking to solve for a while). I used a 20lb tank hose with a 1lb end on it and a camp gas to 1lb adapter. I wouldn't use this setup to cook on (propane is technically unregulated this way) but it works great for a fire! I still use it to to cook on it (camp gas) and use it as an impromptu firepit in an emergency. I do like the gas preheat tube and the adjustable legs and pot holder.

I probably own almost as many camp stoves as my lovely bride has shoes. I've got em all, from the antique Colemans to the newest of the new fangled. THIS stove is -definitely- a winner. It's sturdy, (fairly) compact, well built and simple to operate. It -is- a bit heavy compared to (say) some of the MSR stoves - So ultra lite water boilers may want to avoid it. Where I think this stove would -really- shine would be for those folks who tent camp via a small vehicle or anywhere space is an issue. It's definitely smaller than a two burner Coleman and a couple of these stoves will fit nicely in just about any nook or cranny of a small vehicle. One thing to note, this stove is a flame thrower (as are most camp stoves) as a result It's very easy to burn food when actually cooking (as opposed to boiling water). To minimize this risk I highly recommend using a small cast iron diffuser plate between the burner and the cooking vessel. I highly recommend this stove.

This stove is actually ridiculously powerful. I have used it with generic coleman propane canisters (you will need EN417 Lindal Valve adapter purchased separately - don't get the cheapest ones though) and pretty much kept it on minimum flames to cook some stakes and fried fish. I estimate that I probably was cooking on 1/10th or 1/15th of the potential output. Plenty powerful for most if not all cooking needs for its size. The stove is also sturdily built but could be an overkill for most needs. Flames were pretty much at the minimum setting on the photo. I did not even try the max setting as it sounds like a jet engine once you open it up.

I’m fresh off a 13 day canoe adventure, party of 5, all eating out of the same pot. This is easily the best camp stove I’ve used, seen, or heard of. I used the adapter for coleman propane cannisters and it was perfect. Dialing in the perfect amount of heat is so easy, whether for boiling water or a slow simmer. The top is an ingenious design for both large and small pots—no tipping, no sliding, everything stays exactly where it should. The igniter was perfect, fires up immediately every time. I won’t be paddling overnight without this stove. In fact, I’ll be using this product at home for outdoor use as well.

Truly the best camp stove I've ever used. Was doing some portage fishing in the back country and needed a portable stove that our entire group could use that would fit some bigger pots and pans, especially for frying fish and deer meat. THIS THING ROCKS! Seriously the highest quality materials and very heavy duty. Had to buy the adapter to be used with propane tank but big deal. Best feature is this is truly a wind resistant flame. We had crazy winds on two of the days and thought this would go out but the flame never wavered...doesn't even need a separate wind shield. Only downside is it's a touch on the heavy side at I believe maybe 2 lbs so we you couldn't take this on major hikes. However, when you have multiple guys to help divvy up the gear then this is perfect. We've only used it for the one trip so far but can't see how anybody would be disappointed if they bought this stove!!
