The quality of this furniture set is even better than I thought it would be. It’s solid it looks beautiful and seems like it will hold up really nicely. The fire table works great and is easy to use. We wanted something that we will have for a long time so we spent a little more than we wanted to but I think it was worth it for the quality. It came in a few different shipments which is nice because I didn’t have all the boxes to move at once. Assembly of the furniture was very simple with all of the same size hardware so there’s no guess work with different length screws. Along with a great product I have to say the customer service is phenomenal, I had questions about when the boxes were arriving and they answered very quickly and answered all questions and offered more info and sent extra pillow and cushion covers for free with the original purchase. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the purchase.

As other reviewed noted, this does come in multiple boxes (4 plus the firetable box for us). When the last two were delay (and amazon was showing delivered) the seller was prompt in responding and gave me tracking numbers for the final two. While they are a bit tedious to put together (small spaces, allen wrench type bolts) it was made slightly easier with a rotator rachet that had the right allen wrench tip on it and I found sort of a process that made things more efficient. We ordered the blue cushions, which required swapping beige covers for the included blue ones -- the seat cushions are tight! All that said, it looks exactly as pictured, more or less matches the wicker shade of some existing chairs (which was one of my criteria in ordering) and will provide ample seating and a surprisingly good fire table (the flames felt warm!). The seats are slightly lower and less deep than our existing chairs, but they are a different style, and my very tall husband is still able to comfortably sit on these. Felt as if this we received good value for the price - could not find anything else that had so many positive reviews and appeared to be such good quality unless we paid twice + as much. Coupled with the responsiveness from the seller, I'm happy with this (and hope the furniture wears well!).

I ordered this set because of the style, versatility of the configuration and positive customer service reviews. My order arrived ahead of schedule in 7 or 8 large boxes. Everything was easy to assemble with the included Allen wrenches but will take some time. I did have a small problem with the brackets to connect the chair sections together but the company quickly responded to my concern and is shipping some new ones. As others have mentioned, the back cushions are a bit thinand they are also sending additional inserts. Absolutely love the fire pit table, it really adds elegance and puts out a lot of heat which will be nice on those fall evenings that are right around the corner. Overall the set is sturdy and looks beautiful on my patio! I would highly recommend this company and the patio set based on value/ quality and customer service.

I don’t write many reviews but wanted to share my experience. We have lived in our home for 13 years. We recently built a new deck - two levels - beautiful redwood - lots of floor space for entertaining. Literally our new deck is an outside living room for us - an extension of our home. That being said, the furniture selection was a HUGE and important piece. I researched furniture for hours over a 5 month period. I do read reviews prior to a purchase and I kept coming back to this listing again and again. I cannot say enough about the quality and appearance of this set. I love the fact there were so many options and combinations. We decided to go with the 7 piece with red covers. It all fits perfectly! The red is a crimson color I’d say. My son and husband helped assemble the furniture but honestly I did most of it myself. It was a bit time consuming for me and I did it over a few evenings. I used a small stool to sit on because it was a bit tough on my back but overall was not complicated. I love the brackets that hold the furniture in place and the seats are quite comfortable. The only issue I ran across was the grounding wire for the firepit table was “too short” to reach the igniter box. I had to scratch my head a couple of times and messaged customer service. Turned out the grounding wire was long enough, but was “caught” under the burner tray at the factory. I had to disassemble the burner tray to “free” it and then it was smooth sailing. Lastly, I was a complete dork and couldn’t figure out where to insert the AAA battery for the igniter. Thanks to the help of friendly customers, the problem was quickly solved. Anyhoo. You will NOT be disappointed with this set! We are so happy with it and the customer service is top notch!!!

The quality for the price is fantastic, It looks and feels expensive. The firepit especially, the thing is huge and puts out a good amount of heat.. The firepit also comes with a cover! I didn't see that in the description which is a nice bonus! I haven't built the included Wind shielding glass yet but I'm sure that will help with our breezy Oregon days. It was very simple to install, the first chair took me about 30-45 minutes and then once I had the groove the rest of the chairs were together in about 15-20 minutes each. They include a manual that has step by step instructions but the videos they supply you make putting this together simple. Each chair came with an extra screw and washer. I am very happy with my purchase!

As a first time buyer we were a little nervous purchasing outdoor furniture without physically seeing it first. After thoroughly researching lots of brands and reading reviews we chose Bulexyard Furniture. We were thrilled to receive the furniture a few days earlier than expected and all in the same day! We were emailed by the company ahead of time that it would come separately and possibly on different days so we weren't alarmed. It was easy to unpackage and put together if you follow the instructions carefully. They give you everything you need to make it happen. Although in some instances it was easier to use our own tools. We had searched virtually all sources both online and brick-n-mortar for an outdoor furniture set with a firepit and came upon the Bulexyard brand on Amazon. After finding the layout that we wanted, the color choices we hoped for and with the firepit, we were pleasantly surprised at the price with Amazon. We ordered the system and it came quickly in their own boxes. Assembly was required and the instructions made the process really easy. They even provide tutorial videos for reference. It took me about 5 hours total to assemble this entire set of 7 pieces over a 3 day period. The packaging of these individual items were extremely thought-out. All the parts were there, they fit together very nicely and it was pretty easy to put together on the ground. Extra parts and rattan pieces are included should there be a time down the road that we need them. During the shipping of the product, the firepit was lagging behind by a few days however the customer service had reached out to me to provide details on it's arrival, which were point-on. When looking for our outdoor furniture we were wanting a good product with a wide options of color to choose from. We can honestly say that not only did we find the right product for our needs but the right company to choose Bulexyard! Highly recommend them and their products and if needed, will buy more items from them.
