i liked that they were adjustable height - i rented an ADA apartment. the counters are 2โ€ shorter. this was nice because these stools fit perfectly for ADA height. couldnโ€™t fit all 4, only 3 at my bar. using the 3rd chair in my office for tall-sitting moods. super soft, prefer the faux vs real leather. found these same stools in wayfair for $286/without tax for a 2 pack. got a 4 pack from amazon for $260 with tax. great buy. i love the masculine look. everyone that comes over compliments how nice they areโ€ฆ. low and behold, amazon find. highly recommend. ... show more

Instructions are very lacking, but should be easy enough for the average person to figure out. They are nice looking and comfortable to sit on. Quick assembly. Also, we have smooth hardwood floors. These are dangerous in my opinion if you have children like us. They easily tip and move as we found out with our 5'-2" 10 year old daughter. There is a VERY hard rubber ring around the base which prevents scratching, however, it doesn't stop the chair from sliding around. I ordered another set as we needed 4, but we told our four children that they can only get on them and off of them in the presence of an adult in case we need to quickly catch them if they were to tip over. If you have carpet you will probably be okay, but if you have tile or wood be VERY cautious. Low review because of this factor. ... show more

My husband rated this โ€œeasy to assemble.โ€ It has a sturdy base and a foot perch that I feel safe climbing onto, both hands on my desk. I have it set at 32โ€ for my 42โ€ tall table. I also ordered a keyboard tray for the table. I switched to this tall table from a regular height desk so I can stand part of the time. The seat cushion offers the right mix of firmness with enough give to cushion your behind. But I still bought an extra cushion from Cushion Lab. I was pleased by how the base color matches the metal table legs, and how the leather cushion matches our leather sectional. ... show more

We are in the process of a major remodel that added a large island to our open concept kitchen/living room. I wanted sturdy but comfortable stools. The island will serve as our kitchen table. I've only had them for a few days, but I'm thrilled with my purchase. They were VERY easy to assemble. I did 6 chairs in maybe 20 minutes... They are also sturdy so far. They make some creakie noises at first, but I'm thinking that's just a settling process. My 17 year son who is 6ft. tall and weighs 225 really likes them too. ... show more
