Bio-Therapeutic literally never disappoints. I’ve gotten their bt-sonic, bt-micro fusion, and Cleanse before this, and they are all fantastic and a part of my daily facial routine. I was a little nervous to take the plunge on the bt-sculpt, since it’s definitely expensive, but my great experiences with their other products convinced me to go ahead, and I’m so happy I did. This bt-sculpt actually came with a free Restyfluid included, which is really nice of them - you can use the bt-sculpt right away. After reading their guides and watching some of their videos, it was super easy to use. I noticed a difference after about 2-3 weeks, where my face was noticeably more lifted than it was before I started using this product. My jawbones, cheeks, face overall, looked better. I was honestly shocked at more effective it was, especially for an at-home treatment. Really easy to use and low maintenance. I’m definitely going to keep using it.

I wish there was more info in the description of this product because it seems pretty amazing. I didn’t know this brand at all before finding it here on Amazon. I found out from the company’s website that they are supposed to be the pioneers in microcurrent technology. That their products have been used in skin spas around the world for the past 50 years. Two generations of this US based, minority owned, family business has done a ton of research to perfect their microcurrent devices. BT is an FDA approved medical device company, not a beauty company. Here I thought Nu-Face was THE brand. It is NOT. They just spend more money on marketing. Also, I learned during my research that all the microcurrent devices out there that tingle, zap and make your muscles contract over and over again are actually not very good for your skin’s appearance in the long run (does the opposite of Botox, you are making strong movements which will create lines and wrinkles). This is where my conundrum starts… I don’t know what to think of this little device (little, but heavy I may add). I know that I love the two light indicators that show when the device is working. I love the four wide, cool metal heads and the way they grip onto my face. Lastly, I love that it is 100% painless. Now, the things that I am unsure about: I don’t feel anything happening, AT ALL. I mean not even a slight tingling, buzzing or anything. Level 1 feels the same as level 5. Is that right? Is it actually working? Did I receive a dud? I _think _I notice a rosier and healthier glow to skin after use and a slightly more lifted appearance but I can’t be sure that is just not from the pressure of holding the device’s cool metal feet against my face for the 4-5 minutes this takes to do. I’m conflicted. I think it may all boil down to trust. This feels like an extremely high quality, well designed microcurrent device from a company with half a century of scientific knowledge and medical experience behind in it. The company is invested into making most efficacious product (tried and tested). I think I just have to trust that with continued use (even though I can’t feel it doing anything) that it’s working to help lift and firm my skin and to keep my skin looking the best it possibly can.

I have tried two other microcurrent devices, both with conductive fluid, and I always felt something. Maybe not a lot, but something. I have NO IDEA if this device is working. The product comes with very sparse instructions. I searched the web for more guidance, but it was not out there. When I try either mode - Lift or Skin, the two purple lights come on. I have held the device in place for the full duration recommended. I felt nothing, time after time. I will update this review after trying the device with conductive gel (which I do not have available with me right now). For now, this is a highly overpriced tool, with meager instructions for the user to learn and follow.
