Description

This is a brown bamboo slat with matchstick mix weaved roll-up blind. This blind filters partial sunlight but is not a blackout shade. During outdoor usage, hang in well-ventilated area which the blind could dry completely after rain. Remove bamboo blind from outdoor or screen in porch when night time humidity is high to avoid mildew as this blind is composed of natural untreated bamboo. If used under high humidity environment, please consider applying spray-on fungicide. In order to ensure safety for children and pets, please install the child safety cord cleats at least 6 feet (72 inches) above floor level. Do not leave cord hanging at any time.

I was a little worried because there weren’t a lot of pictures online and the ones that were there seemed to be mostly outside. But we hung these yesterday and they are awesome! The color is beautiful they still let in a little light, but offer great privacy with the panel! They were very easy to hang and the cords work great! These beautiful blinds do exactly what I wanted them to do. They roll up and down with ease and are light weight. They keep the sun at bay on summer afternoons. This product is exactly as described. Got the one with the linen backing after having bought one without 3 years ago. My house faces West and the afternoon sun is intense. So happy with this new blind and coverage. There is some light filtering but nothing compared to the blind without the backing.

I bought and hung this blind in my second-floor bathroom about five years ago. It's not like the bamboo blinds that I have in other parts of my house, where the bamboo strips have slight gaps between them. This one is composed of flat slats with a light fabric between them. Between that and the frosted glass in the bathroom window, it provides plenty of privacy while also allowing in plenty of natural light.
